This is by far the very best company in the world. We have worked with them for many years and they have never let me down. Best customer service they still knows what customer service means. A year ago after a sewer line cleaning, Leo's ran a camera down my sewer line and told me that no expensive sewer line repair was necessary, and to save my money. I was impressed with their integrity and their supreme level of competence.
Fast forward to this past weekend, and tree roots once again backed up my sewer line. I asked Rooter Town to come out, because Leo's was absolutely slammed with business on Saturday, and Rooter Town could come out right away. They used a smaller machine that failed the clear the roots, and then quadrupled their introductory $95 price to $390 so they could run a camera, and ultimately wound up quoting me $18K for a recommended tap repair, down from their initial $20K.
So I called Leo's for a second opinion on Sunday. Their field supervisor (Richard C) came out and I told him all about the backup and asked him to do the camera scope so I could get his opinion. He opted instead to cable the line with his own equipment, with no charge if he didn't clear it. He used a bigger machine with a 5/8 cable and 4 blades, much like I had seen Bullseye use in the past, but Bullseye was unavailable this weekend. It took Richard no time at all to cut right through the roots at the tap, 75' out, clearing the line to 110' well out into the city line. Then we ran water to clear the line, and then I asked him to run the camera so I could see for myself. Out to the city line and back, it was as clear as the video from a year ago, essentially no roots and no cracks in the line. Bottom line, Leo's saved me a bundle, and their integrity is exemplary. We will be using them for regular maintenance from now on, and we give them our highest recommendation.

From the time I called the shop and spoke to Marcey, I had great service. Within an hour, someone came out and looked at the water heater and determined we need a new one. Within a few hours, we had James and Tyler (or Taylor) had the other hot water tank installed. Because one of the pipes were older, it broke and first thing the next morning they were back out and replaced it. I would highly recommend them.

Its rare to find honest service. I am glad I called Mighty DrainPro, the service was fast and accurate at a great price. No hidden fees, the service tech Dwane explained to me up front how much he was going to charge, and he followed through with no surprises. Because of his honesty, I had him come back to clean out my storm drains. I didn't know if the drains could be cleared or not, as they hadn't worked in years, but he did it and now the problem is solved. He guarantees his work and won't charge you if he can't fix it.

I called around to multiple companies to get a sewer scope done. When I found Springs Rooter and talked to Fred on the phone, I knew this was who I wanted to come out. He had all the answers to my questions and was very knowledgeable. Price was right too!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

In the spirit of “you never need a plumber until you need a plumber”, we were in a real bind with a badly leaking faucet in our kitchen. Olympic City Plumbing is new to Colorado Springs so we were able to get Caleb out immediately. He is a Certified Master Plumber and his efficiency at stopping the problem showed why. At our request Caleb then returned on another day to replace the entire faucet. He was prompt and did great work. It is good to know that we have a “go to guy” if plumbing needs ever arise again.

My wife and I have been in the market for a few months for a new Air Conditioner for our home, after meeting with 3 Air Conditioning contractors we chose Wright Total Indoor Comfort because my wife and I felt very comfortable with the salesman who came out who was very knowledgable when it came to my home and what would best suit us and our home when it came to a new Air Conditioner. Tim the salesman walked my wife and I through everything explaining in detail of what he recommended and why. Team Plumbing fixed a garden faucet for my home that was broken from being over tightened. Less than 20 minutes, the broken plastic parts were replaced by brass fixtures and works fantastic. My installer, Brandon, did an excellent job in such a short amount of time. He was professional and courteous. I was happy with the price, Brandon and of course calling on Team Plumbing fot getting the job done right the first time. Maxium stars without question.

My 30-plus-year-old water heater failed on a Friday and, having recently obtained employment following a long stretch of unemployment, I was really up against it, in terms of having the time to research the pricing, expertise and (perhaps most important) the availability of staff from local plumbing companies to perform a water heater replacement on short notice.

In light of the extremely tight quarters of my 1960s-era water heater closet (not to mention, the fact that current code required the installation of a second vent in the closet door), I quickly discovered the cost of this project was going to be much higher than I'd anticipated, regardless of the company I contracted with. So, after compiling a short list of reputable companies, with plumbers available to get the job done the next day (Saturday), I chose B&L Plumbing, and was not disappointed with my choice.

The plumber (John) did an excellent job, despite the antiquated set-up of the existing water heater and related parts. He arrived within the scheduled 2-hour window and, three hours later, the project was completed, including the installation of the now-required second door vent -- a procedure for which some of the other plumbing companies would have had to sub-contract out for an additional fee.
