We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). They remodeled both bathrooms in our home, and do regular maintenance work on our furnace and drains. Carmine was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced a wax seal in the toilet in my basement. He was very thorough, cleaned around the toilet and made sure there were no leaks.

The technician arrived at the agreed upon date and time. Replaced my garbage disposal in a timely manner. Checked to make sure there were no leaks and working properly. Everything was done to my satisfaction.
The price was reasonable. Everything was left clean. I would recommend Lujan Plumbing and Heating for any plumbing needs.

Can’t keep appointment times and do not value anyones time. It has been almost 3 weeks since I asked for a quote. First guy to come out could give me a quote without the electrician’s estimate. 2 weeks pass and I call asking for the quote only to get told the electrician still needed to come. Electrician scheduled to come out yesterday at 0800. 0840 no call, no show so I call the office only to be told they had a meeting in the shop that ran long and he would be leaving soon but still take over 30 mins. I am not retired and can’t continue to take off work for an estimate but that seems to be lost on the company as you are only their time! Poor communication! Guess it is time to go with a different company.

I appreciated the prompt work done by Jeremy and Chris. Both employees were very courteous and professional. They replaced my hot water heater and brought my home up to code. I would highly recommend these guys and Flow-Right Plumbing for any plumbing problems.

Affordable Plumbing was excellent from first contact. Excavation manager came out with the SeeSnake camera to check our exterior sewer lines. We eliminated concerns closer to the house, and found an issue closer to the street. The camera inspection is very worthwhile, helping to find issues you cant see from the surface. Camera inspection will also save you money, as you wont have to fix issues that dont exist.
