We have used HVAC Solutions for our annual inspection and maintenance on our HVAC system since moving here 11 years ago. This year it was time to get a new heating system, and later in the summer when we could afford it, get A/C installed as well. Jason came to our home, looked at our existing system, took measurements and gave us our options promptly. They performed the install on time for both units. Both units also require an outside inspection post install, and the inspector had minor issues that needed addressing; they scheduled dates to perform these repairs very promptly and the follow-up inspection was approved. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

I made a same day appointment to have a whole house filter installed and Walter was the technician they sent out. He was very professional and did research to try and find me the best option for my situation. Great customer service. Will definitely refer Alphalete and use them in the future!

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

We asked Comfort by Design to give us an estimate on replacing a 17-year-old, 2 zone HVAC system consisting of 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners. Scott was extremely thorough in laying out all the options, explaining furnace and air conditioner efficiencies, and the pros and cons of various equipment configurations. He obviously cares about his customers and configuring the best system for their needs and budget.
Installation took several days in hot, dirty conditions in the attic, basement, and outside. The installation team of Jeremy, Mike, and Jessie did a fantastic job. It wasn’t a simple installation, and they did their best to keep disruptions to a minimum. When finished, Jeremy performed a complete walk-through, explaining the final steps needed for some electrical work and the inspection.
Overall, we are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Comfort by Design.

This company might do good work, but I wouldn't know. I tried to hire them to inspect my sprinkler system and confirmed an appointment, however they just never showed up. I tried to call and left a message to see where they were at or if they were showing up, but nobody answered the phone or called back until an hour after the time frame given. If they needed to cancel a phone call out of courtesy would have been nice instead of me arranging my whole day around their time frame they said they would show up.

What an awesome outfit this is. I own a home in Old Farm after being unexpectedly plunked in a wheelchair when a foot surgery went bad I was out in front of my house pushing my lawn mower (yes pushing my lawn mower) when a WIRE NUT service truck passed by. The gentleman driving that truck took the time to pull over take the mower from me and finish mowing. Thank YOU . That was rare. They did not show up at my house they called me at work asked me if they could come early the lady was extremely rude hung up on me because I cannot leave work it was scheduled for 3:00 I have called three times still nobody at my house it is so unprofessional the install insulation was terrific and the worst thing I've ever gone through nobody will call me back it is now an hour and 15 minutes late I have called three times and they go to one house but not the other totally unprofessional the worst customer service and I heard you guys have New Management I don't think so

Home Heating Service is by far the best around - we've been with them for almost 20 years, and never had a bad experience. Get the yearly maintenance check, and your furnace will stay happy year after year. Bret came out this time, and as always, the work was excellent, thorough, and a full report given afterwards. We bought a new heater from these guys about 10 years ago, and it has given us zero issues. What more can you ask for? These guys are the best.

UPDATE: I had a Backflow Preventer installed ALMOST 7 MONTHS AGO now, I have called the shop here in Colorado Springs and the office in Littleton for any kind of update - answer is always, it's on Managers desk, we'll call you with an update. Have called 6 times for any kind of worthy update. No issues with their work, but they have YET to have the plans submitted and the permit approved by Pikes Peak Regional Bldg Dept. UPDATE- the Permit is now Admin-Closed as of Jan 19, 2022. I'll be going into the Col Springs office this week. Very Frustrating that this is going on. INVOICE 16648610.
