Our basement floor drain was backing up and overflowing. Mark was upfront and clear about his process and fees and came out on short notice, late at night in the snow and fog and worked until about 1am to clear our drain. Very responsive, professional, friendly, thorough, honest, and fair. I would not hesitate to recommend him and we will definitely call him in the future for our plumbing needs.

Used twice.. Super awesome! Super professional! This time, AC went out last night. Called next morning at 6am. Tech was out here by 1030-1100. Quote estimate over the phone was very close to what was expected to pay. Tech explained every detail and added the how to maintain air flow, proper use of my ceiling fans and cooling system and use my thermostat and app on my phone. Very Happy and not having to worry about the summer months coming up and using the AC.

I do home remodeling and I am doing a friend a favor and doing his house in Colorado Springs, I don't know anyone so I got three quotes from long term reputable plumbers one has been here 55 years, Smith Plumbing was $6000.00 higher than the other two, I don't appreciate FU bids. SINCE YOU CALLED ME OUT. Jolly was at $12,795.00 and you were at $18,793.00 I have both quotes and here you go. I don't play your passive agressive games you emailed and texted me for a review, and thats my review.

Dwayne did a very thorough job on my sewer line. Was polite, professional, and charged a very reasonable price for the service. I am very pleased with the job he did!

Springs Rooter came out and cleaned our drain when another company could not clear the line.

He responded fast, but for a little work he did for me he charged too much.

Edit: Joe did reach out to me in an attempt to correct this situation, and provided a full refund to me. It sounds like there's some confusion with the phone numbers that Oak View has ended up, and this was all a big misunderstanding.

Well, this is a scam company. Our furnace quit on Saturday and Oak View's sticker was on the machine, so we called in a panic. Dana came right out, nice guy, said it was the mother board, and - with a discount - it'll cost us $1,100 plus labor. I look twice at my paperwork, figure out our Sears warranty is still good and they are replacing the board today. It is valued at $433. Dana wanted to charge me $1,100, plus labor for a $433 part. I think Oak View owes me a refund for the diagnostic charge that I did pay, I think Oak View was taking advantage of me when it was freezing outside and I had no heat 🤔
