In the spirit of “you never need a plumber until you need a plumber”, we were in a real bind with a badly leaking faucet in our kitchen. Olympic City Plumbing is new to Colorado Springs so we were able to get Caleb out immediately. He is a Certified Master Plumber and his efficiency at stopping the problem showed why. At our request Caleb then returned on another day to replace the entire faucet. He was prompt and did great work. It is good to know that we have a “go to guy” if plumbing needs ever arise again.

Olson came highly recommended, and the individual that came out to take a look at the work that needed done was kind and knowledgeable, but after at least 6 calls over the course of a month, I never got a quote or a call back. I know these are crazy and busy times; a call or some communication about the project would have been appreciated.

Please don't go with this people. The company wants the money up front and they do poor job. These people are scam.

When ever we have work done at our house it is by referral only. Unfortunately, a hot water heater decided to burst on a holiday weekend and we couldn't get hold of our plumber. We went to Home Depot to buy a water heater and the sales lady said she could get the water heater installed that day. Against our better judgement, we decided to go ahead with the installer from Home Depot.

Our installer was Andrew Coleman. He did a first rate install and the work area was cleaner when he left than when he started. Not only was his work outstanding but his knowledge is impressive and his professionalism is the best I've experienced from the plumbing industry. I highly recommend Andrew Coleman for all your plumbing needs.

Water heater went out...they responded quickly...helped us deal with manufacturer warranty....cleaned up after they were done! Very impressed. Will definitely call again.

I had B & L plumbing replace all my galvanized pipes and prepare for a new shower in my basement....Estimate was the best of all the bids and when it was all over B & L came in under that .....The job could have taken 2 days....B & L stayed till the job was finished in one day !!!!.....Who ever owns the Company has me as a long time customer.....!!!!!! This is the BEST PLUMBING Company .!!.......5 stars.... ( if there was more star ratings then that I would give them the most ).........Could not be happier !!!! Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

They squeezed us into their schedule last second, came to give us an estimate on a shower leak going through our ceiling. Since we're new first time home owners and didn't know what to do or who to call, we called for multiple assessments/quotes. These guys called out the problem just by looking at it. It ended up being the shower basin and not a plumbing issue. Friendly, and took the time to explain what they thought, and they answered my questions.

Our shower in our master bathroom hadn't drained right since we bought the house 3+ years ago. After it stopped draining entirely we called Zach. He fit us into a busy day, we thought we would need to schedule a repair for later in the week. Nope, he had everything he needed and was able to get it fixed right away. Very efficient and thorough! Without going into too much detail, had to have BullsEye come out to my property a 2nd time due to an additional drain clog further down the line that they didn't break up on their 1st visit. During the 2nd trip, a single wet wipe was found in the line, but the additional clogging was entirely due to the two root balls that were broken up. BullsEye used the wet wipe as an excuse for voiding their guarantee of no clog due to roots after the 1st visit and is charging me a full fee for the 2nd trip. We offered to pay a portion (half) of the fee but they refused to budge. Poor customer service and lacking in integrity. There are much better options out there.
