Over the past month, Troy has repaired 2 faucets, replaced a kitchen faucet and a shower head and now, the day before we list our house for sale we had a plumbing emergency and he rushed on over here to mitigate it. Mark was fantastic! He came within an hour and 30 minutes of calling! Fixed the leak and explained exactly what he was doing and prices along the way. We did a price check with another plumber to make sure and it was very fair!

I have worked with Scott for a number of years and there is one word that can describe Scott and that is Integrity. He does what he says he's going to do and he stands by his word.

Highly recommend. Had a leak that they could not come out to fix due to their busy schedule. Instead of leaving us hanging they did everything possible to help walk me through it and I was able to fix it myself. Other companies left us hanging. I trust them to be fair and honest and will hire whenever needed. Companies can be defined by what they do when they don’t make profit and they went above and beyond.

Install was done quickly a few concerns were immediately addressed by tech David and manager Greg

Our furnace was short cycling, and David came over and was extremely thorough, non-salesy, and professional as he was going through our 25yr old furnace. He recommended his boss, Charles, to come out for a more thorough inspection. Charles came over and was so kind and professional, he got to the root of the problem after a couple hours and showed us picture by picture all of the faulty pieces and explained/gave us all of the information we needed for a new system. I would absolutely recommend Charles and David, they were very genuine! Very sincere people, MUCH appreciated!

We woke up to a leaking water heater. Jolly walked me through how to turn the valve off over the phone which I had done but the water would not stop. They promised to have someone out by evening. They called a few hours later and said they had someone they could send sooner. Richard showed up a short while later and was amazing. Personable, funny and kind. He told us what was wrong and fixed it quickly. He offered company information for someone to have the water extracted even. He knows his stuff! Highly recommend the company and recommend Richard gets a raise!

Oh my gosh... I honestly can’t say enough good things about Donnie and Savannah. Having plumbing issues is a very stressful situation, but they are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable and just great from the first phone call to the end of the appointment.

Unfortunately, I reached out to this company twice via phone and even sent an email with no response in the course of 72 hours. It wasn't an emergency, but for a company that advertises 24/7 coverage I would have expected a callback at least.

I just started my own business, and I’m very new to a lot of things at the moment, but I had an issue with a sink that was holding up everything else I’ve worked so hard for... Cory showed up, quoted a fair price, told me when the project would be done, took time to answer my questions thoroughly, while showing me what he planned to do, then finished to project early.

Dennis did a fantastic job! He let my husband and I  look at the camera screen to see what he was seeing and what needed to be done to clean the sewer drain. We were thrilled to hear it was only going to be less $. We are quoted from another competitor that we needed to have the sewer line excavated due to a pipe burst and quoted $6,900. Dennis assured us that was not the case at all. I am so glad we were recommended to call you. Dennis was very nice, easy to talk, very professional and HONEST!!!
