Great service. Decided to replace my 18 yr old HVAC system. Was able to get a quick install date scheduled. The install took about 6 hours and the inspections went without any issues. Price is around the same as some other estimates but One Source had a crew clean my ducts as well and gave me a 3 year service membership with install. Not too shabby.Follow up review.Had an electrostatic 24v filter installed. First was Anthony Perera. He sold me the system after I inquired about getting one. Super nice guy and really knowledgeable about the systems he services. Also went over operational maintenance with me in great detail.The filter system was installed by Thomas Harwood. Outstanding employee. Competent, quick installation of the system and then a thorough class for me on how to service the filters.

Nathan and Joseph were very professional and knowledgeable in installing our new boiler. The office personal (Tania and Rebecca) were always pleasant on the phone and willing to help. I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a leak in my ceiling coming into my living room and couldn't figure out where it was from. After calling a different plumbing company out first we quickly sent them away due to their poor service and outrageous prices. B&L was very responsive and sent someone the next day. Stuart helped us out and had to come and go a few times over a weeks time to get the repair done. He was very knowledgeable and sympathetic with our bad news on the repair. Even the ladies in the office were super kind each time I called and moved appts around. Kudos to this company for hiring such amazing people. Thank you Stuart and B&L for all the help and repairs you did. We can sleep better at night now!

He explained everything to me and showed me step by step where and why was my garbage disposal no working and leaking.
