Jason and Cody were great! Our heater stopped working and when we called yesterday to make an appointment we had it set up for Tuesday but they were able to come a day early and get us a new furnace! They were very professional and made sure our furnace and gas pipes were up to code. They explained to us how everything worked. Great job, guys!

Dustin was professional in checking my AC intake hose. He was quick to explain what he was doing and the purpose of the equipment he was checking. Dustin also offered suggestions for other things to be done to improve my AC as well.Overall I'm completely satisfied with his service and the time it took to complete it. I'm happy that One Source was able to schedule me soo quickly as well.Quincy did and AC and furnace check last week, 06/01/23 and was quick and efficient in checking my systems. He explained what he was doing and why. The tips he provided made sense and were provided to help my systems run more efficiently. I hope to have him when I schedule my next appointment.

I had an issue they came out on a sunday with one day notice. They are very reasonable and professional. I would recommend Western Peak Plumming and will call them in the furure when needed.

The tech called when he was on his way. He looked at everything before going over our options. He quoted repairing our system and then offered to put together a quote for a new system. Our system is over 20 years old so needed replaced. Jesse put together 4 options and showed me how to view the details of each. He then left the house so that we could discuss our options freely. Once we made a choice we called him back in. Jesse was able to get a install appointment within the week. He also reached out and got a portable cooler for us to use while we wait for install. So far I am pleased with my decision and will leave an update after the install.

I had these guys out when my AC stopped working. The person I spoke with over the phone was friendly and helpful and was able to get a technician to my house that day! The technician arrived in a timely manner, was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done on a furnace or AC unit!

I strongly recommend Oak View Mechanical. Their technician, Joseph, was very professional in the way he conducted himself. He was polite, answered any questions I had, and even covered his feet before coming into the house. It's obvious their technicians are well educated and make worthwhile recommendations.

Very quick, affordable, honest, and professional. We had a busted pipe out back and they sent someone out within a couple hours of my calling and he fixed it. Definitely going to be our go to for all our plumbing needs.

I made an appointment to have a drain installed. Tim came by to take measurements and photos. That was back on April 7, 2021. Tim kept telling me that him and Lance would take care of me. Like I told Tim is I need a bid so I could turn in. That way I can get a drain installed. As of today May 18, 2021 I never got the bid! Tim refused my calls. The staff didn’t do anything to help me get that bid. If you need any service done for any plumbing DON’T CALL FLOW RIGHT!

Our heat went out about 10 days ago. We called this company to come tell us what 2as wrong. The repairman discovered the problem and said it was going to be a 400$$ fix that would take at least 45 minutes. When he left to buy the part, we researched the part online. The part would only cost 50$$! When he got back we asked to see the receipt. We were told he didn't have it. So we turned around and told him we wouldn't need his services after all. My husband ordered the part online and a few days later had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Be careful with this company! I strongly recommend going with a different company. Be sure to do your research as well. Do not get screwed like we almost did.

I scheduled an appointment on a day that I work from home. On the day of the appointment, today, I was expecting a technician between 8 and 9 am. A time window of an hour. As I am working from home, attending a conference call, between 8 and 9. No biggie right? The appointment was scheduled and I can answer my door when the tech gets here.Well, I missed a call from the technician (8:12am) and then the office (8:14am). I returned their call in 26 minutes as soon as my call ended. Because I DID NOT return their call within 15 minutes or so (the voicemail I received), my appointment was canceled. Well, I called back within the or so time window, or so I thought and it was still canceled!Just curious, what was your or so time allowance?I provided feedback and it fell upon deaf ears. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Your company gets an hour and I get 15 minutes within the time you should be here or you cancel? Gotcha!***Note to your company policy***How about 'the office confirm appointments' with the customer 24 hrs in advance to avoid this mishap? Then it's confirmed. Most companies do this. Then have the driver call the morning of to say they are on their way and know the appointment was confirmed 24 hrs in advance and we are good to go.I was here and ready for my appointment!I will take my business elsewhere and refer others elsewhere. Make your time window a little bigger. My goodness!!!ADD: I am confused. So my appointment really wasn't an appointment? OK.... We chose a specific day and 1 hour time window but it wasn't an appointment? OK.....
