Great experience with Western Plumbing. It was easy to schedule, they gave us a 1 hour window and showed up on time. They read what I thought the issue was and sent the right guy for the job. He was competent and friendly. Got the job done (cleaning out a blocked sewer line) quickly and correctly. The bill was reasonable. We'll use them again!

Ed installed a 20 ft gas line for a range. His work was very neat and professionally done. First time using and I was impressed and pleased with his service. I will continue to use him from here on.

Dom is very professional. Easy to talk to. Has alot of knowledge. And was able to get more help in deciding to have other options with the ac problem. He is a credit to his company. Was really nice working with him.

Our house got hit by lightning and our AC stopped working. We called Olsen as they were the ones who instilled/permitted the unit when we bought the house. The technician was a cool guy, but he charged us for 6.5 hours of labor when he was at the house a total of MAYBE 4 hours. Olsen charges from the time of dispatch, so it includes drive time. Additionally, when we went to turn the unit on (3 days later) it kicked on for about 10 seconds then lost power completely. We called the after hours number to ask if someone would come out as it was working. We were told that even though we just spent a lot of money to get our ac working, they couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be a charge as, it may not be related to what was fixed. Once my AC is working again, I will NEVER be using Olsen again.

the owner is very rude especially to his employees! For a customer to see that on the job more then once is disgusting I will never use him again.

We trust Tim with our rental for plumbing and heating at all times. TIm is very knowledgeable and works detailed. He's always on time and takes the time to explain details and instruct our tenants with all questions at hand. We would like for the office girls to respond better and in a more timely manner. Living several states away doesn't make it easy but with Oak View and especially Tim for plumbing AND heating we feel comfortable and safe.

Added 12/04/2020 >>> Oak View Mechanical was serving our rental via a manager before we took over the managing part ourselves. That said - we talked to other companies in the area but found OVM one of the least 'want to sell you the most expensive equipment' company and are very impressed with Tim's work and experience. The new office team understood our wish of timely response due to the fact we are far away from the location and the icing on the cake >>> CHRISTMAS COOKIES --- THANK you so much - we love them and the extra mile OVM goes to see their customers happy. I called B&L because I had seen their adds on TV. I needed a leaking shower repaired which would involve replacing a 10 cent rubber washer held on by one screw on the faucet valve. I was not at the location the work was being done but my wife was so the tech called me for the go-ahead on the repair. I asked for a quote---he told me they had set fees for everything they did and didn't do things on a hourly basis. To replace the two rubber washers would cost $255 plus $59 for the service call. I couldn't believe it and told him I was going to call the business to confirm the price. I did speak with the owner and he confirmed what the tech had told me. I told him that price was ridiculious and he said I could cancel the job----which I did!!!! I DID TELL HIM THAT HE HAD TO PLAY FOR HIS TV SPOTS SOMEHOW

I have been using Caliber for years. As a Realtor as well as for my own home. They are reasonable and do a great job. I have referred them to clients who are also very happy with their services. A great team.

I called and asked for a quote. Technician was professional. However, he did not take notes or measurements on the work I was asking for. I had a tech from another competitor show up as he was leaving.

I texted the owner Diego three days later asking about the quote. He said that I didn’t need a quote because I had plenty of people sending me quotes.

Very unprofessional and demeaning. Any responsible home owner would get multiple quotes rather than just going with one company. Customer service is less than stellar and I would not recommend this company.
