I can say with complete honesty that I cannot recommend this company enough. My husband and I just moved into our house and spotted a water spot beside our shower. Called and Mike was able to see us in no time, he calmed all our worries with a very thurough check of our house and inside the wall. After his check he showed us the shower part we needed to fix and now we can make a few changes and are good to go!

The technician Daniel was extremely knowledgeable at his craft skilled technician. Daniel educates the customer on not only what is wrong and needing fixed but takes the time to explain it. He was thorough in fixing another technician from another company mistakes. Daniel was able to easy see the errors (there were many) and explain why they were wrong and how he would fix them.
Because the toilet was done incorrectly he took the time to check the faucet and the other person had installed it wrong as well. He has proven he and his company to outstanding work. A satisfied customer thank you

When I contacted Tony he came right out and gave me a real estimate that was within our church budget. They came out the next day as promised because the other company that we had hired decided not to show up on Wednesday which was the day that they had promised. HCD did a lot of work for us through our insurance. Their work was great, they listened, and they gave us a ton of tips while they were here. After our insurance ran out, we called them for another issue because a different company tried to scare us into expensive and unnecessary plumbing work. They completely fixed the issue with minimal effort and HONEST work.

Go with a different company unless you want to waste your time requiring multiple visits just to get the job done right.
I purchased a new furnace and water heater simultaneously through this company. First, the salesman never gave me the official estimate but did schedule everything to be installed including the humidifier which he failed to measure to make sure it would fit on my unit. Next, the furnace guy ripped the cord out of my wall where the new thermostat was supposed to have gone. Because of that he had to choose a new installation site that required him to cut out my drywall. Even with that and even after I asked him to make sure the cords were all hidden (it was an easy job since I was renovating trim on my walls), he left cords completely visible and in the way of me being able to finish my trim job. He even ran the cord over my stairs where it is completely visible. At the end of the job when he had me look over the work and I commented on the cord being in the wall at of the trim, his comment was “oh, you can just cut your trim to fit over the cord.”
The second issue was that after installing the furnace, that same guy turned my hot water heater off. The next day when I was realized I had no hot water, I had to call the man out to look at things. They promptly realized the furnace guy had turned the unit completely off and failed to turn it back on.
The third issue was that they installed the incorrect size air filter in my new furnace. The filter they installed was at least an inch too short. This was discovered by the air duct guys I hired to clean my duct system out a few days later. Aside from that, Affordable air and plumbing referred me to a wonderful air duct cleaning group and charged me $600 thru them to have my duct system cleaned only to find out the air duct team would only have charged me $500 to clean my air duct system out. When I called Affordable air and plumbing management about the upcharge, their response was that they couldn’t discount the $100 but they could give me a “free” furnace maintenance.
Now for the BIG issue. After the installation was complete and I had the inspection for my newly installed equipment, I didn’t pass the inspection. There was a gas leak that had to be fixed. Again, another appointment was required to repair the gas leak. On arrival the furnace guy’s comment was “I don’t see a leak.” I asked him to please go ahead and tighten the connection which he did. I then had to have another inspection to confirm everything had been done properly. After spending so much money with this company and after multiple appointments with them due to things not being done properly the first time, my best advice is to go with any other company for your furnace needs.

I just have to say it is very....I mean VERY tough to get things done to my husband's standards when it comes to hiring a professional to do a job and Dennis did just that! I called about 7 other plumbers who were going to charge us a $50 or more service charge just to come out and see what the problem could be! And then on top of that, that charge was NOT going to be applied to any repairs that were going to be needed. Dennis not only didn't charge a service call fee, he also didn't charge us for the repair since he said it was something that my husband could probably have done himself. Seriously???? There just aren't that many honest, professional and kind people out there anymore who will treat you fair and see you as a person and not a dollar. Thanks Dennis for your help....we WILL be recommending you to anyone we can and hiring you for any future plumbing needs.

Broken water pressure valve and water heater replacement. Very happy with Colin, he was very helpful and courteous! he was also very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He actually made the whole experience less stressful, I was very pleased with the service. I will absolutely use this company again. Thank you guys!

These guys were very quick and professional, they were able to replace the broken PVC section of the sewer line in my yard in four hours flat. Very friendly family owned business.

Priority Plumbing and Heating now at the top of my Most Unreliable Contractors list ... I've been a property manager/ owner for over 12 years now, I’ve worked with numerous contractors, and there are a lot of good reliable and trustworthy businesses out there ... but Priority Plumbing is BY FAR THE WORST plumbing company I’ve ever had to deal with in all those years. They've been unable to finish a job that was started almost 18 MONTHS AGO, TERRIBLE communication, and ZERO follow through on anything they say to your face. If you care about your sanity, stay away from this company, save yourself the stress of being ignored and having your job go unfinished.

I’ve spoken with the owner/manager Bob and the secretary Melony MANY times face-to-face, and have also texted / called numerous times for updates, but for some reason these two keep passing the blame/responsibility back and forth to each other on who is supposed to Draft the Plans for a simple Backflow Installation and give it to Pikes Peak Regional Bldg. to once and for all inspect their work and get the permit passed. I can’t get ANY clear answer from either of them, ever, and they’ve had More Than Enough opportunity to finish the job they started... Did you install it incorrectly and don't want to stand behind your work? What exactly is going on here?!
