A couple months ago, my washer wasn't draining properly. The first plumber I called didn't even look at the problem and try to sell me a full repipe for several thousand dollars. Then I called Affordable Rooter, and Mark came out and fixed the problem in a couple hours for $200.

More recently, my water heater went out. Kevin came out and quoted me a reasonable price for a simple tank replacement. I had to prompt them about a tankless water heater and replacing the galvanized water lines. There was no pressure at all. Kevin and Mark started the job right away and worked two very long days to get my hot water back as soon as possible. The end price was very close to the original quote, only slightly higher because they replaced some of the old cast iron drain pipes as well. I am very happy with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them for any size plumbing job.

Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Mike from AMT. My son and family woke up to a flooded garage when their hot water tank burst overnight. No hot water and freezing temperatures. Turning the driveway into an ice-skating rink as well as the garage floor!
I never go online to find a connection, and always reach out to friends for help with a referral. So I called a friend of mine that is in charge of maintenance at a five star apartment. She knew exactly who we should call without even a second thought. She gave us Mike’s number direct. We had a garage hot water heater that had to be specially vented out so it was not a typical water heater. Never thought we’d get someone out on a Friday, but as soon as my son called, Mike shot right over to my sons home in the Springs. I can’t say enough great things about Mike of AMT. This is the team to hire! First of all, they responded to phone calls promptly. They gave us a fair estimate and truly care about their work. The line we had replaced was at a short term rental - we scheduled it a few months out when no guests would be there. But, when a guest canceled last minute, Fred was able to show up during that time frame and get the work done! We blocked out five days for the job and they had it done in two. And, they left the place like they had never been there at all! Upon settling up for this job, we'd like to hire them again for a couple more projects at our residence. They are great!
