Best Electrical Service in Colorado Springs CO

Nothing affordable about this guys....they charge a $75 assessment fee just for coming out to look at the issue, the fee is waived if you accept their outrageous bid....so they basically back you into a corner to get you to take their overpriced bid, charged me $300 to solder a 12 inch piece of pipe with a coupler back into place. The technician they sent out was good, and took care of the issue, but it doesn’t change the fact that they are wildly overpriced, and not in any way affordable. I won’t be contacting them again for any of my plumbing needs.

100% scam artist. They changed their name once already to get out of their obligations. I made the mistake of using them to install an air conditioner and will never use them again. They also will not take me off of their marketing list. I am continually reminded why I dislike them every time they call or text me. Comfort by Design installed new furnace and AC for us last June. Everything about it has been top notch. So when we turned on the AC for the first time this season, we were surprised it didn’t work. My call was returned promptly, and someone was there to remedy the problem the same morning!

Jarred was the electrical installer of the group. He was respectful, informative and efficient. Jesse was the front man and very professional and knowledgeable. Chris and Tyler installed my heating and cooling system. These two gentlemen were very thorough and made sure I understood everything they installed. They were also extremely patient with my old dog and my grandkids.Carl installed new filters on my furnace. He showed me twice, step by step, how to replace the filters in the future. He was a real gentleman.

The warning code light on my heater indicated a problem with the igniter. Matt came out right on time, diagnosed the problem as a too-short igniter bracket and a needed cleaning. He didn't have the necessary bracket with him, so returned the following week to perform the repair/cleaning. He only charged me for the cleaning! He was prompt, courteous, professional, and honest (did not try to up-sell me unnecessary parts or services). Call these guys for your heater repairs/servicing.

Very responsive to fix sprinkler after it was dug up when fixing plumbing

When the septic backed up on a weekend Acme was the first company to return our call. Dennis was out here in an hour and pumped the tank. The line from the house to the tank was clogged so they went back to the shop and returned within an hour with a rooter. Problem solved. Dennis is great about explaining the problem and the solutions. Great work, quick service, and very fair pricing. I’m now using Acme for a full system replacement on another home and highly recommend them.
