Although we started off with a small hiccup regarding what repairs were supposed to take place, the job went extremely well. Bill was very professional. He arrived in time and stayed until 10pm and the job was done. He explained the additional costs and what and how he would preform the job. I would not hesitate to use affordable on my next project. Very happy with the service tprovided. ced.

Phillip has done two jobs for me so far. One was to due two drywall repairs. One under a sink and the other behind a washer.
Nice not to have holes anymore. Good job! The other was fixing
the cracks in the driveway with a newer product. Cleaned out
the cracks with grinder and power washer.
Then filled cracks with sand and then the new product that really
seals the cracks fully.
Last many years and prevents further cracking. So great not
to have to replace entire driveway. VERY PLEASED WITH
ALL HIS WORK. Thank you Phillip.

Wrong information provided to technician, who then showed up unprepared. I called about my blower motor in my roof mounted central AC unit vibrating and smelling like it was burning. The technician showed up without a ladder, wanting to look at my mini-split. I told him what was really going on and he said he had to get his supervisor to come over because he is a compressor tech, not a blower tech. The supervisor arrived, without a ladder, and wanted to look at my mini-split. After finally looking at the unit they said it needs a new blower motor and if they can find one it would cost $1,700. First - Yes, I know it needs a new blower motor, that's why I called. Second - how can you supply a quote of $1,700 if you don't even know if you can find the part?Had to get another company out to look at the unit. They had a new motor installed in 3 days for $850.Second time I have attempted to use One Source and it has been an epic fail - will not be calling again.Refund issued for $119 dispatch/diagnosis.

Andrew and Nathan installed our AC and were professional and worked hard and they were very pleasant. An inside door was accidentally scratched and they discounted the installation fee to cover the paint no problem. They answered all our questions and cleaned up. I've never worked with more reliable, honest people in the service industry before. They've come to my house several times for random furnace checks or plumbing leaks. Everytime, they do what they can to save me the most out of pocket. I've referred them to multiple clients and all have RAVE reviews. We had a major back up problem from our main line drain in the basement and Troy came out the very next day and fixed it in under an hour and for SIGNIFICANTLY less than the big businesses quoted! We will definitely use them again should we have any other plumbing issues!

I’m very impressed with Comfort By Design and the quality of workmanship of their services. I first had them out to replace the ducting and move the return air vent from the floor to a wall in my 120+ yr old home. Mike and Dustin spent nearly all day in my creepy basement and crawl space getting the work done without complaint. I then had them install AC, a humidifier, and REME Halo Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier in my home. The cost was competitive, again their work high quality, and I’m sitting comfortably in my old home with current technology. I highly recommend Comfort by Design over any other HVAC company in Colorado Springs.

We needed our furnace and A/C serviced to close on our house and CMS responded to us quickly and got us on their schedule at a convenient time.Would definitely recommend.

They were contacted to fix our a/c by housing. We’ve had 2 different people come out, tell us they’ll be back only to never hear from them again but while they were here say a different thing was wrong. Even had a “supervisor “ say they’ll be by on a certain day only to never see or hear from them.

Price was $75 higher than quoted over the phone. They left my garage a mess. I paid for camera inspection which they did before the auger, but they did not inspect the line again AFTER the auger. Is it just me or should camera inspection be done before AND after the auger...to make sure the line has been cleared effectively? They were also in a hurry the entire time, and not on my account. I got the feeling that if they had more time, they would have inspected the line after the auger but their timeline took presidence over performing a quality job.

BUT, they do know what they are doing and my drainage problem is fixed...for now. I do however question the longevity of the fix. I sure wish I could verify the effectiveness of the fix with the camera(which I paid for). Oh well, I'll try someone else out next time.

Our appointment was from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. At 10:50 am they called to see if they could come early. They arrived at 1:00 pm and it went downhill from there.
