Richard, the tech, was awesome. Office lady should not be in this position. In addition to her nasty attitude, I never got the receipt she claims she just emailed. I need it for my records and should not have to beg.

Update: Owner's reply mentions a mix up with email. There was no mix up. The dispatcher read the email address to me correctly. The email simply wasn't sent. No mix up at all.

The time customer gives check is the time receipt should be given. Not a week or more later. I have never seen this in a business and find it unacceptable. Customer has no protection. Imagine if I said I would send check in a week or more. Not professional, fair, or ethical.

Also, very odd that you put nasty attitude in quotes. Very mocking. The woman was curt, hostile, had a clipped tone, and other reviews also mention unpleasant office staff. Rather than mock customer's words with quotes, it seems you would desire to fix the problem.

DO NOT USE ONE SOURCE! Nearly a year of gaslighting, ghosting, and awful customer service. If you've had them in your home telling you that you need a new furnace (or any other appliance) get a second opinion.Unreliable, unprofessional, and unethical in every way. After using fear tactics to get us to buy a new furnace they left us with an active leak in our HVAC venting through our attic that caused water damage. They acknowledged the leak and said they would fix it but never followed up. It was incredibly challenging and frustrating to hold them accountable and get them to show up to do the fix. When they would show up they would check the attic space and roof and tell us they were sending a tech out to perform the fix. Every time a tech showed up he never went into the attic to fix the leak, instead he would go on to our roof and seal the vent cap which literally did nothing. After a drawn out back and forth over the phone to get someone to our home, into our attic space to fix the active leak, we were told We've done everything we can for you. You need a new roof. We ended up calling a different HVAC company and had the fix done within a few days and spent $1000 (not including water damage mitigation and repair) when One Source should have done it in the first place months before. Multiple times they have been delayed on their appointment times and no-showed on us without notice costing my husband and I hours of PTO so we can be home waiting. All of this is truly the tip of the iceberg of how awful this company is and much they do not respect their customers.Update - we had our furnace replaced in February and now in December we are still waiting on them to fix some electrical work that did not pass inspection. My husband and I call weekly to get someone to show up so that we can pass this inspection and they are still not sending anyone over to complete their work. We have started receiving noncompliance letters from Pikes Peak Regional Building Department and One Source will not follow through.Additionally, in an attempt to do right by us One Source did follow up a few months ago saying they would upgrade our electrical panel free of charge. Someone in a Porsche showed up to our house talked through what would need to happen then took down my email to send a record of what they would be doing. Never received an email. A few weeks later a new manager showed up, said he cleaned house with unreliable staff, again talked through what they would do for us and said it depended on the Colorado Springs Utilities to get us scheduled but he would follow up with them and us. Never heard back. Worst

Couldn't have had an easier experience with Happy Plumber coming out to check my hot water heater leaking. They returned my calls quickly, arrived on time, very friendly and respectful, explained everything to me about replacement and my options, and finished the work the same day. Pilar answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Installation looks wonderful as I needed new piping upgrades to code. They hauled my old heater away and left my home without a trace. Very happy. Highly recommended.

The technician arrived at the agreed upon date and time. Replaced my garbage disposal in a timely manner. Checked to make sure there were no leaks and working properly. Everything was done to my satisfaction.
The price was reasonable. Everything was left clean. I would recommend Lujan Plumbing and Heating for any plumbing needs.

He was great. We came home from the hospital with our newborn to a back filled shower and we couldn’t flush our toilet. He came out very quickly and got it taken care of. His service was very fast and he was super respectful. Would recommend and will be calling if we have any issues in the future.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. We thought that since the water heater was leaking that we would need a new one.

We trust Tim with our rental for plumbing and heating at all times. TIm is very knowledgeable and works detailed. He's always on time and takes the time to explain details and instruct our tenants with all questions at hand. We would like for the office girls to respond better and in a more timely manner. Living several states away doesn't make it easy but with Oak View and especially Tim for plumbing AND heating we feel comfortable and safe.

That said - we talked to other companies in the area but found OVM one of the least 'want to sell you the most expensive equipment' company and are very impressed with Tim's work and experience. I needed a toilet installed ASAP in my rental property yesterday. Another plumbing company was completely unprofessional about it, Lowes gave me the run around for a week and I was fed up! I called Jazy Frei at about 830 am and by 130pm they were at the house putting in the toilet. Chris at the office was extremely friendly and helpful! The gentlemen that went to the house was also very kind and patient with me and Lowes while picking up the toilet. I appreciate their help and will be using them in the future!

Called about 15 different companies and B&L got back to me and was able to help out the same day, Kevin was the plumber who helped me out and he was very nice and professional, 4 drains in my house including the kitchen drain were backed up, he fixed the kitchen drain and told me what was wrong with the rest. Had a really great experience with this company. Thanks again Kevin!
