They are refusing to pay me my last 2 pay checks , so be careful if there trying to rip me off they'll rip you off too , don't recommend working for them either as they rip you off if you leave

Ed, from Always Plumbing & Heating, just finished a service call at our house. He correctly diagnosed what the likely cause of each of my two issues was and gave me a quote of what it would cost to fix. In my case, a poorly installed garbage disposal with an ill-fitted gasket, and a burst pipe between the back faucet and the waterline in the basement. Spot on evaluation, excellent work, and he rightly called out how much time it would likely take before he started. He even let me watch a great deal of his work - hopefully I wasn't a bother - which was very educational. His years of experience and expertise were never in doubt. My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Water heater went out...they responded quickly...helped us deal with manufacturer warranty....cleaned up after they were done! Very impressed. Will definitely call again.

I had no hot water at my place and I called B&L to investigate the issue. They came in a timely manner and took care of the problem quickly. The technician called me and explained that he re-lit the water heater and cleaned and inspected the thermocouple. Their service was good however the charge was mind boggling to me. In addition they quoted me a new water heater in the case I needed it which I didn't at the time but a week later my water heater busted and I called another company which ended up replacing the water heater that same day for $1,600 less than what B&L quoted me at. They also added more work and replaced several pipes and valves for that charge. Even they were shocked at B&L's prices. I commend B&L's service but question their prices.

Marco showed up right on time, and did the job quickly. It's clear that he enjoys his work, and enjoys helping people out! I'll definitely call him for future plumbing stuff.

The only thing worse than their quality of work is their inability to drive safely. I have excellent photos and videos of your workers cutting off traffic, zig zagging with the trailer wobbling, and speeding 40+ in a residential 25mph. I’m turning it into authorities but you might want to take a good faith effort to attempt to rectify the negligence by your workers.

This place is horrible they came because our bathtub is leaking and we asked them to fix the leak also clean out some drains all they did was clean the drains out and leave our Bath tub leaking and as we trusted them without doublechecking charged us almost $300 for something that they did not even fix on top of that they were speaking to someone that did not speak 100% English so they took a vantage of the situation and did not correct the problems that we hired them for and charges as if they did and as soon as I called their office to speak to a manager she yells at me and says we should have hired someone that spoke our language and if we wanted to fix our leak we need to still pay $150 to get it fixed this place is very disrespectful and discriminates on anyone that is not American this place is very rude and does a terrible job their customer service sucks and doesn’t deserve any business please take it from me if you don’t speak perfect English and don’t watch them throughout the whole process you will get scammed I can’t believe they took a vantage of my mother and didn’t fix our problem and now our water bill is over $200 I just got out of the hospital from surgery and come home to find out that nothing was fixed properly this company is terrible warning do not use this company I promise you you will regret it if I could give them zero stars or negative stars I would

The crew from Mr Rooter, Mike, Tristan, Brackston, Baylor and RJ did a great job replacing my mother’s sewer line. Very professional and friendly. The bursting method they used to run a new line through the old clay pipe was impressive and with minimal interruption to water usage.

I called about my hot water heater acting up. I expected to get an appointment in a few days. They were there in 1/2 hour.
