Best Cooling System in Colorado Springs CO

Dakota was here to service our sewer line. He was not only prompt with the timing of his visit but he was very personable and friendly. He also educated us on the work that he did so we understood things fully.I would definitely use them again for this type of work.

This is a companion review to one I left for them two years ago after a frustating and incomplete boiler replacement. Please refer to that one for backstory.I had no heat to living room/kitchen zone and the three zone valves were from the original install and had never been replaced, a continuing aggrevation to me. I removed the zone valve controller and just opened the valve so we could have heat.Called One Source and Bobby came out. Related the problems and frustrations, he related the former tech who did the slipshod install was his last job with the company and he was a known problem.He said they’d make it right, replace all the valves for $0. FINALLY an admission of a poor install and making good.Two techs came out Eric (I think) big red-bearded guy who knew boilers and his helper. They spent seven hours in a 20 degree garage replacing all three zone valves, controllers and shut-off valves, drained and checked until hot water flowed quietly to all radiators.Thanks for finally making it right One Source!Oh, suggestion for OS mgmt: It would be helpful if you had actual photos of employees vice names and white/brown/black avatars so we can leave them reviews as well as knowing the face(s) of who is coming to do the service. (And forgot their names)

We were without natural gas due to a leak. We contacted this company and they came out to assess the needs of the job. We were supposed to hear back from them last week on Thursday and as of Monday, haven’t heard a word. It would have been at least 5,000 job but clearly that’s not important to them. Keep in mind we have no heat, no hot water, no cooking. These clowns just left us waiting. So if you’re serious about having residential work done, and time and communication are of essence to you, find someone else.

Andrew was very knowageable did a wonderful job and explained what he was doing he was great but the company needs to let people know if the teck is running behind I called and the lady said she was unable to get him on the phone so he must be on the way so I had no idea when he would be here so they need to have a better way to let custermer know whats going on

Regretfully, I didn't catch the name of the rude plumber that came out to my apartment. The work is still unfinished. They just didn't seem to want to work. He made multiple excuses...said people were sick. Hey, then maybe don't enter a person's home so you can make excuses?

Update: Avoid this company.

Tom G. showed up when he said he would (a rarity these days), completed his task quickly and professionally, and was on his way in less than an hour. We're completely satisfied with him and the overall result!

Pope's estimate came in at a quarter of some other estimates from nearby places, which made me slightly apprehensive- but my call was returned quickly, very polite and personable. Showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and showed me what had caused the problem. Even went back to the office to get the correct part - and billed me his original estimate. Very pleased, will be keeping this number on my fridge.

Handled it great and we are thankful it wasn’t too costly. Kade was very professional and very thorough. Only problem was 1st available appointment was a week out.

First of all, great first impression from the very pleasant and helpful girl I talked with. Great experience from estimate to installation of our Bosh central air conditioning. Wouldn't know that this 30 year old house never had air conditioning. Jesse, the estimator, explained everything and answered all my questions. Did a very thorough inspection of house and ensured we had an adequate furnace and electric panel. He showed me the options for what we needed (5-ton unit). He ensured right away that the unit we wanted was in town. He also was able to provide the estimate right away.
The installers were right on time and Mike and Brian did an exemplary job. They went above and beyond in their attention to detail, professionalism and explaining what they were doing. Kudos you guys!
Another cool thing they do is send you a text when the estimator/installers are on their way with a pic and short bio. AND this company offers a 2-year buy back, no strings attached. I think that shows great confidence in their employees and products. So glad we chose this company.

Brandon E. responded to a call for a slow drain. He was very knowledgeable, professional and skilled. After attempting to clear the drain he advised installing a clear-out option to help with future problems. He promptly cleaned-out and replaced the problem section of pipe and made sure I knew how to address future similar problems. Great customer service.

The woman I spoke to at the main office was friendly and helpful. The plumber who came out to the house was one of the best I’ve worked with. Very courteous, informing, knowledgeable, and a very fast worker. He went above and beyond, educating me on a number of items in our home. I’ll be going back to ask for Cole when I return for a new Water heater next week!

Our system was installed for $20k, and has never worked. When we asked Bestway to make it work, they told us it was simply that we didn't understand what cold was or what it was like living in the mountains. Been here 16 years btw. Had to hire another company to fix the boiler they barely installed and still trying to figure out how to make the solar function at all so many years later. I highly recommend not going with this company.
