I would highly recommend to stay away from this company. This all started with a routine annual maintenance (the bought out the company I originally used). This led into issues where the service tech suggested a new boiler/hot water system. I spoke with sales, they were very high pressured, reminded me of a used car salesman. Being in December I felt I had to do something as according to them my system was on it's last leg. They way over promised and under delivered. They scheduled a install date that slipped multiple times. The install was very poor and they had to return numerous times, too many issues to list that were incorrectly installed. Also, the techs had vaping issues and spent a lot of time out at their trucks vaping...really professional.

Team arrived at the time expected and completed project rapidly and thoroughly.

I had a new HVAC system installed in my home. The people that I talked with, in the office as well as the people that removed the old unit and installed the new system were friendly, informative, efficient and professional. My thanks to all the HVAC Solutions Team.

Great people and no what to do even on a 125 year old house

I have been using Parkey’s for the annual inspection and maintenance of my Buderus boiler for several years. The service technicians have always been top notch, but this year Dan set a new benchmark. As my house sat empty during the cold days of December just days away from the new owner moving in, I discovered the boiler was not functioning properly…no heat or hot water. I immediately called Parkey’s and Dan was dispatched afterhours. He diagnosed the concern and rush-ordered the needed parts. As soon as the parts arrived he immediately made time to repair the boiler. A big “thank you” to Dan and Parkey’s for their awesome customer service.

Had a pipe spring a small leak in utility closet last night. Called a couple of plumbers to see if someone could come over in the morning to change out the leaking pipe. Alphalete said they would have someone here between 10 to 12. Chris showed up at 10:30. He analyzed problem right away and after picking up necessary parts, was able to fix leaking pipes in 15 minutes. Price was affordable. All together very happy with Alphalete service

We were told that someone should show up between a four hour period and no one showed up and no one bothered to call us to let us know they wouldn’t be showing up. When I called and asked why we weren’t notified that they wouldn’t be here when they said they would be, I was told we just didn’t call. Then still didn’t get an exact time when someone would be here. I ended up wasting a whole day waiting for someone to show. Very unprofessional

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

First of all, great first impression from the very pleasant and helpful girl I talked with. Great experience from estimate to installation of our Bosh central air conditioning. Wouldn't know that this 30 year old house never had air conditioning. Jesse, the estimator, explained everything and answered all my questions. Did a very thorough inspection of house and ensured we had an adequate furnace and electric panel. He showed me the options for what we needed (5-ton unit). He ensured right away that the unit we wanted was in town. He also was able to provide the estimate right away.
The installers were right on time and Mike and Brian did an exemplary job. They went above and beyond in their attention to detail, professionalism and explaining what they were doing. Kudos you guys!
Another cool thing they do is send you a text when the estimator/installers are on their way with a pic and short bio. AND this company offers a 2-year buy back, no strings attached. I think that shows great confidence in their employees and products. So glad we chose this company.

Cost a little more than I thought it was going to be but the tech was knowledgeable and helpful and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. Would recommend.

I had a waterheater installed by affordable plumbing and heating. Kevin and his assistant installed a new Rheem 75 gal water heater. After my old one failed after 25 years, Kevin and assistant came out and promptly installed the new one within a few hours. I might add my heater is in a very difficult area of my home. I was very pleased by their efficiency and professionalism. I highly recommend Affordable plumbing and heating.

Was quoted $3000 to clean A coil. This is after paying $70 for the service call.
