We were have a problem with our Humidifier and wanted to have our Furnace checked out. The technician who came was GREAT!! introduced himself and why he was here. We told him to go ahead, he put on booties over his shoes and went to work, as he found things that were wrong and what he had to do to repair it. He was very polite,courteous and professional. When finished he explained every thing that he did and ensured us if there were any problems after he left to get a hold of him right away so that he could check out the problem (s). We need more people like him.

Kwincii was great and will be who we request anytime we need a plumber!! We had an issue with our septic pump and he cleared it and stayed to make sure it was working before he left! Very professional and a good guy, thank you Kwincii!!

Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

Called to have the pressure tank for our well serviced. Even though Jeremy was booked out a week, he took the time to review photos and make a well service company recommendation! Above and beyond service.

He seemed surprised when I asked him about looking at the whole house humidifier. I asked about that when the call was placed. He left the cover unlatched on the furnace. He quoted me $400 to clean the squirrel cage. I did it myself in about 30 minutes. He left the furnace off which I figured out when the temperature in the house hit 67 degrees. With how little he did I would like a refund. He provided worse service than the fellow last year who was going to replace the waterline on the humidifier in a week. I am done with One Source. Your service techs do not appear to be very well trained. I am questioning if they are certified.

Ed is the first person to understand my home heating boiler. I have a base board heating system with 9 zones. Ed spotted the problems and fixed them. He also answered a bunch of questions that I had about the system. He knew what he was doing and was also a really nice guy. He came out the same day that I called in the problem. I had some follow up questions that he took the time to answer. Great service and reasonable price.

This company is amazing!!!! I just knew when I started looking for a plumber that it would cost me a lot of money and would take several days for a response. These guys were able to help me by just talking on the phone and sending a few pics at NO CHARGE. They actually took about 20 minutes out of their day to walk me through a problem and not ask for a dime. I expected to pay and they refused. Will definitely use them from now on because of their generosity and professionalism! Way to go guys!!!!
