Tony and his team were very professional today. From accommodating our schedule as best they could to installing a couple items we didn’t know they were going to, but are very appreciative they did, we are very satisfied with our service today. They were as quiet as they could be and we didn’t find them disruptive at all. We will definitely be recommending Smith in the future to anyone who asks.

They charged $165 to (mis)diagnose a water heater and then refuse to service it anyway because it came from Home Depot instead of from them (at triple the price). They felt the need to teach me a lesson. It worked, as I no longer call Olson for anything.

My mom Has used Frei for many years joe sold the business and the people that took over are a poor excuse for plumbers they are not professional and do not clean up after there work will never use them again they are making the Frei name look bad

I'm an Electrical sub contractor for these guys. They do very professional and clean work. So much so that I would highly recommend them to any of my clients.

They sent out a mechanic that spent 10-15 minutes out here for $149 to tell me the whole system to include the furnace and hvac need to be replaced and that they will not fix the problem that they THINK is the problem. So they also didn't confirm the actual problem stopping them from following up with the fix!

I made a same day appointment to have a whole house filter installed and Walter was the technician they sent out. He was very professional and did research to try and find me the best option for my situation. Great customer service. Will definitely refer Alphalete and use them in the future!

Regretfully, I didn't catch the name of the rude plumber that came out to my apartment. The work is still unfinished. They just didn't seem to want to work. He made multiple excuses...said people were sick. Hey, then maybe don't enter a person's home so you can make excuses?

My brother has a long time friend Nate that has worked with the company and referred us to them. One of the tech's Mike came out to inspect our A/C unit and he educated us and our options. We chose to purchase a new air conditioning unit at which Scott Bryant came over and he gave us such great comfort, assurance and what A/C unit would be the best for our home. We had Dillon, Steven and Rob were able to come immediately to install our new AC. They were prompt, thorough, professional, kind, and the work they did together was impressive. It honestly felt more like family was taking care of us than just a company putting our a/c unit in. They came to inspect the A/C unit as well a few days later to ensure that it was working properly. Thank you so much for everything and I HIGHLY suggest using this company.

Our heat went our during one of The coldest days in Pueblo! Joseph and Joel were at our house first thing in the morning and replaced our unit in one day! We’ve used Flow Right for several issues and I highly recommend them!
