Sean ran an underground gas line from our basement to our backyard for a firepit, hooked up the fire pit to the gas line once the patio was poured, and fixed our laundry room trap shoot so it didn’t smell anymore. He was always on time, responsive, professional, reasonably priced and got the job done. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I made a call Tuesday morning for a basement sewer backup and the team was able to send someone to me within a few hours. Peter arrived first and Ryan joined him later. Both were polite, professional, communicated what they found, and allowed me to observe what they were doing. They didn’t wrap up until I was satisfied and had answered all of my questions. Had a clogged main drain from house to septic. Tim was able to give me the estimate over the phone, contemplated a method that would save me a $100, and was here within an hour.

He had the drain cleared in about 30 minutes, very nice to talk with and willing to share his knowledge.

I did call rotor roter and wouldn't even give me a bugetary price. I rather give my money to a family owned business anyway.

Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. My main water valve was leaking in the basement (6 beach towels a day worth of water). They switched out my 75 year old galvanized valve with a brass one. Plus, they put a brass elbow up to the water meter. Stan and Kevin were very nice, professional and fast. I thought their price was very reasonable.
