The work that the WyattWorks team just completed at our daughter's newly purchased century home was superb! They identified an extraordinary problem that could not have been detected previously without extensive testing and presented a series of options to address the problem with a realistic estimate of cost. Once we decided how to proceed, they mobilized their crew and, in a single week, completed the work required to resolve major problems with the home's drain tile and storm tile systems. They also resolved the problem posed by a cracked sanitary sewer pipe in a very cost effective manner that avoided additional excavation and significant cost. Every member of the team was thoroughly professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the project and the effort required to get the job done expeditiously. The team was careful about protecting not only our daughter's property but also the property of her neighbors on either side. The team was especially kind and courteous to one of her next door neighbors who graciously allowed WyattWorks the use of her driveway to stage materials and as a base for the excavation required for certain of the work. We all were very impressed with the team's efficiency, productivity, and professionalism. With the finish grading, topsoil, seeded lawn, and peat moss topping the team provided, one can hardly tell that any work had recently been performed. What could have been an extensive delay in preparing the home for our daughter's move was resolved by the excellent work of WyattWorks. WyattWorks has done excellent work for us for the past 25 years, whenever we have had a need, and we will never use anyone else!

There was considerable coordination with masons, HVAC and plumbers to fix the drains around my house and Killeen made the process seamless! Found this company on Google and was impressed with their 5 star rating and decided to have them come out and check my AC unit. The AC tech was fantastic! He was on time, honest, really knowledgeable and speaking to him you get the sense that he has your best interest in mind. All I can say is I think I found my go to AC Company. I just hope when I call after the summer for my coil cleaning that they send out Danny again or someone just as great!

Had a clogged main line. Jake 807 cleared this quickly and efficiently. He is very friendly and professional. What a pleasant young man! Refreshing that he knew his job well and performed it honestly and with integrity. He is a fine employee. Seriously, he is that good. If we ever need work again, we will be requesting him for sure.

I had the occasion to use H Jack plumbing recently under an emergency situation. The repairs I needed done entailed tearing out a concrete floor , repairing a major drain line and making the bathroom look like new. Adding to the difficulty was the time frame for the repairs, I needed the work done within 3 days as I was leaving for 2 months. Chip and his crews came in worked steadily and competently , coming early and staying late to make sure it was completed on time. I'm extremely satisfied with H Jack , Chip and his great crew for a job well done and service above and beyond. I won't hesitate to call H Jack plumbing should the need arise for plumbing services in the future.
