Lakewood Plumbing, Drain & Sewer just dug up a small section of our sanitary sewer that their video inspection showed was collapsed. They replaced it with new pipe and they re lined the rest of the pipe essentially sealing out roots and giving us a whole sewer pipe inside the old one. Trenchless sewer repair is definitely awesome! The guys did a great job and were very professional. I will definitely refer Lakewood Plumbing and tell everyone about the trenchless sewer repair methods. Thanks so much guys!

We had a sewer drain in the basement backing up. I made a call to Parma Hts Sewer and drain on Monday morning. The dispatcher gave me a window between 3;00 and 6:00. Jason showed up just before 6:00. Jason did a great job. I will call again when needed. Thanks

We are extremely satisfied with the personal service we recieved from CSSDP. We wish we could give more than 5 stars! We originally got their name from Home Advisor. That was just after we bought our house last year and we needed a gas line run for our new gas stove. At that time we struggled to find a company that could complete the job. And those who could do it were very high priced! Greg from CSSDP came and did a fantastic job and was very professional installing that line for a reasonable price. Currently, we were having trouble with the basement toilet, so we called the home warranty that came with the house. They ended up sending three different companies but none could diagnose or do the job. We got fed up with the warranty company process and decided to call CSSDP (and pay for) on our own. Steve arrived within the hour and he professionally diagnosed the problem, and even wrote a written estimate of the job, again at a reasonable price. We of course contracted with them right away. When Steve and James returned to complete the job, they both were extremely professional and very patient with all my questions. They needed to jackhammer the floor and removed and replaced the old plumbing under the house. They discovered the cause of the original issue with the footer drain tiles that lead to today's problem and corrected that as well. They used a camera to inspect the rest of the sewer line from the basement, all the way under the house and front yard, to the main sewer under the street. And they pressure washed the entire interior of the piping. Once completed, they replaced the gravel and repaired the concrete floor under the toilet area, then cleaned up and mopped the basement floor before leaving. I've never seen (or smelled) a cleaner plumbing company! These guys really care about taking care of your home. As I said, we are extremely satisfied with the work from CSSDP. We can rest assured that it was completed properly and we wont have any other huge surprises with our plumbing.

These fellers did a good job chasing down a leak I had with my well pump. Knowledgeable lads and hard working. I like their method working with a company that makes softners custom to your water needs. Im testing my water myself as we speak so I can compare to the testing they come back with but so far these fellers check out.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have a plumbing issue I needed resolved. The company told me on a Monday that they would be out Friday between 9:3-10:30 for repairs. Not only did they not show up but after calling for over two hours I was met with hostility and told that my appointment was never booked. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your plumbing needs, as this company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Not to mention when they finally decided to return my call hours later, the first thing that was said to me was “I am calling so we don’t receive a negative review”. 0/10.

Ryan did an amazing job fixing a messy leak in our basement. We have an old Shaker house with the standard conglomerate of 100 years worth of different plumbing repairs and he figured out a solution that was effective and affordable.

DeAnna in the office was great to work with as well. She was very communicative about appointment times and responsive to questions we had.

Reputable & knowledgeable sewer repair specialists...offered me a trenchless sewer repair option over traditional excavation and it saved ripping up my driveway I just poured 1 year ago😀very pleased with the entire process from the initial sewer camera inspection to the final product of the new CIPP inside my old rusted out pipes...will recommend

We needed a sewage injector pump replaced. When making the appointment we had someone answer (not automated) and was very polite and helpful. The technician arrived, introduced himself and was professional and explained everything he was doing. My neighbor recommended Parma Plumbing after they did some work over at her house. I called them to install a new 50 gallon high efficiency hot water heater for me. Right off the bat they juggled some appointments around to fit me in that day, they had the old tank removed, the new one installed and fired up in less than 2 hrs.
