Best Drain Cleaning in Cleveland OH

Broke my toilet and had a new one within 3 hours. These guys move fast and did good work. Not cheap, but not pricey either. Definitely recommend.

The plumber was prompt, efficient, cleaned up after himself, and went well beyond expectations with the plumbing repair. This is the second time I have used Five Star Plumbing, and I will continue to use them in the future.

One of my renters called to tell me that his basement was flooded and I was out of town. First, I called a drain cleaning company from Barberton (The Magic City) They were rude on the phone and told me that they were too busy to help and would not respond to my flooded basement for at least two weeks. Then I found 911 Plumbing -- from the receptionist who answered the phone to Jeff who did the actual plumbing work, they are pleasant, helpful and very responsive. 911 Plumbing came out the same day, assessed the problem and kept me (and my renter) informed during the entire process of clearing the drain and getting the basement drained! Thanks again Jeff and the staff at 911 Plumbing! You will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. You guys are what everyone hopes they will encounter when they need to call a plumber!

My appointment was made for 2 days after my initial phone call. Billy arrived within the expected time window. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Based on his video inspection of my downspout drain and my description of previous yard drainage work, he recommended a sump pump-based solution to correct the problem. He e-mailed a detailed estimate with drawings and photos within an hour. I am waiting for a third estimate before selecting a contractor.

Had a clogged main drain from house to septic. Tim was able to give me the estimate over the phone, contemplated a method that would save me a $100, and was here within an hour.

He had the drain cleared in about 30 minutes, very nice to talk with and willing to share his knowledge.

I did call rotor roter and wouldn't even give me a bugetary price. I rather give my money to a family owned business anyway.

Jason did a fine job. He was courteous and fixed my toilet up good as new! He did extra work to make sure the toilet was functioning and found the source of a second leak in the toilet That he was able to repair as well.

Free flow plumbing did a super job in my basement. They replaced a leaky valve in the tightest of spaces; still not sure how John managed to do it. Super high quality work and competitive rates.

said they would be at my house around noon. at 1:30 I called them to see why they hadn't shown up. told me not sure when they would be there maybe 3 or 4. told them I would call someone else. they didn't seem concerned.. no customer skills on their part.. never even bothered to call me and tell me they would be late. I had to call them. Don't know how they stay in business..
