I thought the price was too high. Install was fine. Let's be honest, there aren't any detectable issues unless a part fails before it realistically should.

Called them to get service from a backed up sewer and they did what no other company would or did do (as we called multiple in the area)- they saved us a couple hundred dollars in a wasted trip. They asked questions about our problem and pinpointed that it was probably a main sewer issue not a household issue and referred us to have our county come and do a free snake drain from the street (we are new home owners and had no idea our county did that). They were right and the issue was from the main sewer, therefore saving us from a costly snaking with no result! Definitely an honest company with a lot of integrity! Would call them for any other plumbing issue I had!

Luke was the technician and was very professional, diligent, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the the problem and promptly repaired my water pipe. I will use WyattWorks exclusively for any plumbing issues I may have in the future.

I had a gas leak emergency and called around to 5 companies. 3/5 called me back after NE already fixed the issue (5 hours later) and 1/5 was more expensive.
NE arrived on time, Bill did excellent work and charged me what they quoted.

I had a sewer pipe that was rusting and starting to leak. Roto-Rooter sent over a plumber the day I called (Friday) and he returned on Monday to fix everything. Mike Crist was the plumber and he was on time, efficient, polite, cleaned up well, and did not speak in a condescending tone about the issue and his advice. I highly recommend.

Technician responded within 1/2 hour. Tank was replaced the same day. Courteous. Explained the workings of the tank and how to shut on and off. Cleaned up after the job. A little costly, but it was an emergency and a weekend.

Plumber was running late but let me know as soon as he could. Finished the quickly and tested everything to make sure it was done right. Also gave me a great discount since he was running late on another job. Would definitely go goodfellas in the future.

I had a leak in my bathroom, and I couldnt find out where it was from. I called the emergency Cleveland Plumber, even though I am in Lakewood, and they came out within an hour. The technician found my leak behind the shower and managed to fix it with a few gaskets he had in his truck. Instead of a few thousand dollards of repairs, it was a much better price. He also serviced my water heater so it would last through the winter.
