Like many of the other reviewers, I called H. Jack's in a panic as well. It was well after midnight when our sewer backed up and we were praying that they could send someone to us at that time of night.

Our technician was Keith and, BLESS HIS HEART, he was at our house within minutes! He had been working all day and was exhausted but still managed to provide superior customer service, clearly and concisely diagnose our issue and returned to our home the next morning to make the repairs!!

There are not enough stars in the world that I can give this company! Are they pricey? Yes! But you can't put a price on great customer service and the peace of mind you get from knowing that you have skilled professionals who will take care of you. H. Jack's will be the ONLY plumber I call in the future.

Needed help with dishwasher and refrigerator. Five star plumbing came in and did a excellent job on both items. The plumber knew how to do his job and done it very well. The price was very reasonable and we would recommend 5 Staedtler to anyone.

David was our repairman. He was professional looking, extremely articulate and patient as he walked us through the work that needed to be done. He understood our needs and our budget constraints and was great about telling us what needed attention immediately and that which could be tackled later. It is never pleasant (or inexpensive) to call a plumber, but I was very pleased with his work and felt that the price was inline with the quality reflected in the finished product.

After learning of a constant low level water leak I was referred to Free Flow.I called them at noon and Nick arrived by 3:30. I found him to be personable, skilled, experienced and knowledgeable. There were actually two seperate leaks in need of repair. Working until after six on a Friday night he both repairs completed by 6:30.

Mike (#1063) replaced the spigot on the front of my house and the shutoff valve for it in my basement. He gave me a couple of options and set clear expectations for what might or might not work based on the age of my plumbing. He was very thorough in explaining things to me and was prompt about getting the parts he needed. He also taught me a little bit about how minerals build up inside copper pipes from hard water which sounds boring, but I'm a technical guy. I liked hearing about it :) I've always had good service from Roto-Rooter and I would definitely request to work with Mike again!

Very organized and responsive company. Office staff is great and love their use of technology for receipes, payments, etc. They showed up right on time for the appt and finished cleanly and quickly. I had them replace my sump pump which had failed sometime since it was installed in the 1980s!

My water system was installed by these guys, and I couldn't be happier! Everyone delivered professionalism, kindness, and productivity.

Very expensive not worth it charged $250.00 just for a rubber seal inside my toilet ridiculous!!

Amazing place amazing people

We had a blockage in our septic line. I called Roto-Rooter at 11:00 pm and they scheduled a service call the next morning between 10:00 am-2:00 pm. Matt the service tech arrived at 10:30 am tried for 2 hrs. to open up the drain, to no avail. He then called in the camera and found that there was a defect in the line. Matt started digging and in a few hours had a temporary fix so we could use our bathroom that night. He came back the next morning and did the permanent repair. All through this stressful situation Matt was very courteous and professional in his interaction with my wife and I. He work diligently to get our home back to functioning, Matt is what I would call a man of integrity, he is an assent to your company. Matthew #3281.

We needed the gas supply to the stove capped and Jack's was able to come the day I called them. They were very courteous and explained the process to me. They finished quickly. I was delighted. I have used them before and I will be using them again.

Brian was prompt and arrived just when he said he would. He and his partner were very polite and understanding during the entire repair job. He only charged me for the service call, but managed to get the furnace running for me, and explained exactly what was wrong and what would eventually need repaired/replaced. He additionally ensured my space heater was operable even though that was not part of the service call. He went above and beyond for me--providing outstanding service for a very reasonable fee. Scheduled for them to handle a very messy clogged sewer main drain problem at my business . And was on time and professional. Went above and beyond with cleaning up the mess and fixing the problem in a timely manor . A job that was estimated at $1500.00+ he came and did it for a 3rd of the cost waiving a few fees aswell . Definitely will be recommending this business and using them in the future .
