We have been using Kamran for several years now for both emergency repairs and planned upgrades. He is on time, fairly priced, and honest. Dan completed multiple repairs at our home. Most were typical minor plumbing repairs but one was a large, unusual sewer repair. He completed all of the jobs quickly, competently, and at a fair price. He is very friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all of our questions. Our sewer repair required additional expertise and Dan knew exactly who to contact, arranged everything, worked with and supervised the entire process. We are very pleased with all the work he completed and will definitely call on him in the future.

Andy responded right away to my request. He came out the next day and assessed the situation . He kept me informed and updated through the whole process of clearing the main sewer line at my 90 year old mothers home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and it's gratifying to know that are still some contractors out there that just aren't looking to take advantage of our seniors. I now have a plumber to call whenever I need one. !!!

Horrible customer service

I called in the morning with a leaking outside faucet they were able to come over in the afternoon. They offered competent solutions for any problems they encountered. They are a little higher in price however they produce high quality work. I will call again if any other issues arise with my plumbing.

We needed an under sink, water filtration system installed. North Ohio Sewer and Drain was able to access our needs and clearly communicate to us the steps necessary.

I have several rental building I can depend on Northeast Plum & Mech to always do a great job! When we had a pipe freeze in 13 they worked with my insurance to repair all the plumbing and heating. There was a lot of damage but a few days latter they got the heat back on and all the leaks fixed. My old plumber abandoned me when they saw the damage but NE Plum & Mech came through and got my tenants back into there apartments!!!
