The tech was on time, even a little early. We went over thermostat, air handler and heat compressor. He was very professional, genuinely friendly and explained everything he was going to do and why to solving the problem of no heat. He did solve the problem. Very happy with his knowledge, professionalism and courtesy.

Im in the Strongsville area & had a problem on a weekend. Hank went out of his way to help me with my plumbing problem. His kindness and concern was greatly appreciated. The plumber who came out was a very nice guy who was genuinely concerned with fixing my plumbing. He was very good at what he dose. Everything was done in a professional manner. I was looking for a plumbing company that would come and help fix my leak under my kitchen sink and bathroom sink. I called a plumber I used before and I never got a return call, and I don't believe in chasing anyone to make money. So, I called another plumbing company and he never called me back. Finally I came across this companies Google reviews with 5 star ratings, and now I see why. They answered the same day and I had an appointment the same day. The owner was very friendly on the phone and asked me if I preferred today or tomorrow. I wanted it to be fixed today and he told me someone would be there around 5 or 6 p.m. I got a text also letting me know that they would be arriving. He was on time, courteous, and friendly. He also went above and beyond driving to Cleveland because the company only services areas out in Parma and other areas. I was truly grateful for that. I decided to have him work on my kitchen sink only. The owner came in accessed the problem fixed it no more leaks. Thank you for showing up and helping us your service was truly appreciated and I would highly recommend this company. They are a bit pricey, but my problem was fixed and all it took was one phone call. Thank you again.

I highly recommend this company! We had drains backing up in our home and Dennis tried everything he could for this job to be the least expensive it could. We ended up needing a sewer line repair and had to bring out an excavator but he first tried many things so that maybe we could avoid a big dig. Comparatively it was very reasonable for such a big job and Dennis was very honest and fair. If we ever need any more plumbing things we would use Plumbing 911 again!

Dan came out, quoted me a price, and spent quite a bit of time on my property - much longer than I think he was planning to due to no fault of his - the job was just left for too long and proved to be bigger than expected. Pete I am happy with you and your repair . I am furious with the cost . That job was not worth 1250.00. With only 25.00 In material. I would have done this job myself if it was not for the kidney stone I’m dealing with . Told the person that called next day that I don’t know how you guy sleep at night . At most that was a $600.00 job .I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. And I will be contacting the fish 95.5 radio station to share my feelings with them .

We have used Mayer Plumbing multiple times at both of our homes (for installations and repairs). Most recently we had them come out and move the water hookup for our washer and dryer to be able to use the first floor laundry room. Our 16 year old water heater suddenly developed a slow leak. I phoned Pompeii's and they were able to come on the same day and install a new water heater. The technicians, Bill and Chris, were forced to work by flashlight due to a power outage in our neighborhood that occurred just as they started disconnecting the old heater. They did a great job in spite of the challenge and were finished in two and one-half hours! I strongly recommend Pompeii's Plumbing and Heating to everyone!

Josh is great. He and his apprentice (Jason) installed a dishwasher. I liked the work they did so much that I booked them for another job minutes after they left. Honest, fair& they don't leave a mess - they clean as they work.

This company is a joke... On Sunday 1/6/2019 our Rheem PowerVent water heater stopped working. I called IGS (HVAC / plumbing insurance) first thing Monday morning to explain the problem. They made contact with AAA Advanced Plumbing and told me they would get in contact with me shortly with a time they could come out and fix the water heater. Later in the morning I got a call saying all the plumbers were tied up, but someone would come out to take a look at the water heater. Welp I guess that's better than nothing... A couple hours later someone stopped out for 5 mins to look at the tank to confirm the vent blower was shot. They then told me they should have some prices in the afternoon to fix or replace the tank. Heard nothing until I called Tuesday morning at which time I was told someone would get back to me. A few hours later I got a call with some numbers. They told me it'd be about $830 to replace the blower or $1700 to replace the whole tank. My insurance will cover up to $750 of repairs. While waiting for calls I decided to look up the part myself. A consumer can purchase the blower for $315. This company told me it would be $550. In addition to the outrageous cost of the part, they told me it would take 3 hours to install and needed some modifications to work properly. When I asked what the modifications were they told me it had to be wired into the tank. Ummmm... It has a standard electrical plug that goes into an outlet and a small plug that plugs into the tank. Something that might take a couple mins for someone with two broken hands. So at this point I have to pay $80 out of pocket for something that should take less than 30 mins to replace.

Let me touch base on the water heater cost real quick. $1200 for the tank then another $500 in labor. I could go to Lowes and pick up the same Rheem PowerVent they quoted for $790. So I'm paying an extra $1,000 for what!?

Fast forward to today (Friday 1/11/2019). Guy shows up 1.5 hours late with a box in one hand and a screwdriver in the other. 14 mins later the hot water tank is fixed and running. He then hands me a bill for $18.80. Is this some kind of joke!? I'm not paying that. IGS covers up to $750. You mean to tell me you guys charge $934/hr in labor!?? Get out of here.... What a ripoff!!

Alex from NEO Plumbing did an outstanding job when we called him to come out and look at our leaking bathtub. He was very professional and did an excellent job of repairing our issue. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
