They arrived on time on the day they said, and were efficient, polite and as far as I could tell thorough. No complaints.

We have used Hank at least 5 times for various things. The latest was that we needed a toilet installed. We ordered the toilet and got it home and called him. Within an hour he called us back and within the next hour they were in my house installing it. Such great customer service. I highly recommend him!

We purchased a house in April 2018 and had the basement flood four times up until October 2018. Invisible Excavations came out and determined our gutter drains were clear and that it was likely a failure of the foundation footers. They scheduled men and equipment within one week and found that the footer drains had been improperly installed when the house was built. With very minimal damage to the lawn, they dug out the entire south side of our house, removed the old drains and both window-well cleanouts, replaced the footer at the proper height and angle, waterproofed that entire wall, removed a huge root that was guaranteed to cause big issues and installed new window wells and cleanouts. All in two days flat. We've had 10+ straight days of rain and the basement is bone dry, probably for the first time since the original build in 1979. I would DEFINETLY recommend this Company for any inside or outside work you may need, very straightforward, fairly priced (their work cost us less than a third of any other solution) and the family that owns the Co. has a stellar reputation in NE Ohio. Pricing has always been given up front to me on every issue I have called this company for, the description of work explained as they get into it, and everything is agreed upon before they even proceed with any repairs so if I have any concerns they are addressed then and there. Both Jason & Ryan have done great work at my house, and this being a local family company I get excellent one on one attention from them any time day or night. I do recommend Strongsville Plumbing Company & Metro Plumbing & Sewer with high praise.

Dan installed numerous pieces of hardware for us in our newly purchased house, including faucets, shower heads, drain covers; a hot water recirculating pump system; and a new garbage disposal.

In every case, his installation job was as solid as an Abrams tank. I have no doubt that if a tornado, God forbid, flattened our house, the parts that Dan installed would still be standing. Dan's prices are reasonable -- he charges by the job, not by the hour -- and he appeared on time every time.
