*UPDATE* The owner called me and we talked through the issue. He was very polite, and I would honestly give H Jack's another try after that conversation.

H Jack's told me my sewer line was collapsed and they would have to tear up the entire front yard. After getting multiple other estimates, I was told it actually was not collapsed. Now I'm saving thousands of dollars!

They guys are great! On time, if not early and fast service. Gave great advice and did not try to add services for extra money. I won't go anywhere else!

Our kitchen sink had a clogdrain issue. Got it fixed in no time and amazing customer service! Highly recommended!!!

Though I did not use the company, I never will! I live in a duplex and they are working on an issue at my neighbor's and have literally dumped bucketsof raw seweage into both our yards.

Edit: after a call, they did attempt to clean up and put new grass seeds so i appreciate that but it should not have happened to begin with.

WyattWorks Plumbing took care of a need to have our bathroom plumbing fixed same day. Our technician Luke was professional, knowledgeable, and really took his time to explain our options. Everything is fixed and he cleaned up the area nicely! We will definately consider planning to use this company again for future needs.

When our sewer line backed up, Andy from plumb nation came and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan to not only repair the damaged line in our back yard but also helped re-route/consolidate our indoor service lines to be more efficient. The estimate/price was very reasonable for the work done. They even did some minor extra work in our basement that was not on the original estimate to make things work better. Andy always got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions and reassured me during this stressful time when our drains weren't working. They got the job done quickly and correctly so that when we came home from work, we were able to use our drains! :-) Finally, they helped us with our insurance claim and were very cooperative with our adjuster. If you have ANY sewer line issues, they are the ones to call!
