Best Video Inspection in Cleveland OH

False advertising. They are not available 24 hours for emergencies. I got an email claiming service appointments are scheduled every 2 hours. After FOUR hours and no call, I called back at 5:30am and was told I'd be contacted between 8am-10am. Complete waste of time.

OMG I can't even say enough about Ryan that came to my home this morning to camera my sewage line. I was told by another company that my lines were collapsed and would need to be replaced, Ryan allowed me to watch as he sent his camera in, not only was there no collapse no repair was needed. He sent his camera almost all the way to the middle of the street and there was a small issue there which is the city's problem and I'll take that up with them. Ryan thank you again for being so patient and explaining everything to me. If I ever have another problem I will definitely call Metro Plumbing & Sewer thanks to Ryan

I just bought a house in December for my daughter, however the owner of the house was an estate and they had no clue about the septic situation. Before buying I put in contingent upon locating the septic tank. I paid for a local septic service to come out and use their technology to find the tank. Needless to say - they were NO WHERE close. RotoRooter came out after day 2 of digging around the yard - to help point us in the right direction. Thankful that they responded so quickly and correctly!!! Appreciate their help

The commercial states $79 for camera inspection for sewer line. Then when you call you are told there would be a $89 service call in addition they say in the commercial don't get rootered. They are the ones advertising fraudulent sales tactics. Do not trust a company that lies to you before even meeting you. Very shady!!!!

I can not believe this commercial is still on I just saw it again. I wish I had the money to take them to court for taking advantage of people that are going thru a very painful time. Basement flooding not only is very expensive to deal with but it is the history of family photos that is the most heartbreaking. They are gone forever 😢

My main water valve was leaking in the basement (6 beach towels a day worth of water). They switched out my 75 year old galvanized valve with a brass one. Plus, they put a brass elbow up to the water meter. Stan and Kevin were very nice, professional and fast. I thought their price was very reasonable.

Northeast Plumbing & Mechanical is a very responsible and reliable contractor. After having used their services for a number of years, I not only know the job gets done right, I know my home is secure when they are there, even if no one else is home. They are fast and efficient, and I have never had a problem with their work. I would recommend them, and I have recommended them, wholeheartedly to others for residential and commercial work.

I was highly impressed with this company. Felica was very nice and prompt in responding to my needs. Justin was my installer for the hot water tank and he was polite, fast and efficient. Their prices are very fair and I will definitely use them again. Thanks again, your the best!!!!

Service was prompt and courteous. Dustin was knowledgeable and friendly. Work was done quickly and cleanly. Dustin made sure to test to make sure everything was work as expected with no leaks before he left. Pricing was about what I expected. I would definitely use Neptune again.

They came out to snake a clog in my bathroom sink. They were unsuccessful and said they would have remove the toilet and tear out the wall to replace the pipes. They charged me $150 for unsuccessful snaking of the pipes and told me it would be another $500 to tear out the wall and replace pipes. They also left a mess of sludge all over my bathroom floor. I called another company for a second opinion. They came out and were able to unclog the drain with an electric snake after a little bit of effort. So now I’m out $150 because the guy from Madison Plumbing was too lazy to get the job done.

This company went above and beyond to make my family smile. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else 💪🏽
