We had a problem with our sanitary sewer at our house. Killeen identified the problem and came over a day earlier then the scheduled day when it became apparent that the problem needed to be fixed sooner. Had a hot water heater break on a Friday, or at least that is when I found it. Called Roto-Rooter that evening and they had someone out the next day at 8 AM. The service/installation tech was awesome and was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Did a great job and and ill be requesting him specifically for any future work. I had an appt for 12:00 pm today to meet the plumber at a rental. At one o'clock I called and he said he was on his way. We waited... waited...waited. Decide to go grab some food ..not that far away. They came and left quickly before we got back which wasn't that long. The tenant said you should wait they'll be right back but they left anyway. The plumber had my number and my husband's number and never called. He told the tenant they would return on Thursday or Friday cause he didn't have the part...which is fine but he never went to the basement to snake the drain. When I asked why they left without calling us...he had our contact information...especially after we had patiently waited for them, he said find another plumber and hung up. This was Main Man Plumbing!

Paid Chris in excess of $22,000 to separate my sanitary and storm sewers, waterproof my basement and pour new concrete sidewalks. During construction, Chris, the plumber that I hired who owns NE Plumbing & Mechanical, was nowhere to be found. Instead, I had nothing but laborers working on my property, if they even bothered to show. No supervision whatsoever! For such a complex project, I would expect supervision. They had my property torn up for a month. They tore it up, then abandoned my project to go work on other jobs while on my dime. Then came the mad rush to wrap it all up in a couple days.
3 months after the concrete was poured, my sidewalks began to fail, crumbling, flaking. We had a drought for the most part for much of the summer. So now we are finally starting to get significant rainfalls, and what do I have? Water in my basement! Are you serious? It's actually WORSE now then before the project was started!
My advice is to seek a different contractor, someone reputable. This guy is not. I could go into MUCH greater detail about my overall experience with this company, but I will be writing a short novel. Awful awful experience & I will be seeking litigation against this company!

Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical did an amazing job. The owner himself came out and took care of our garbage disposal. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional it was nice dealing with an experienced plumber and not a young technician. His prices were extremely reasonable even for a Saturday call. I highly recommend Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical.

Had a great experience! Had someone come and take a look at some leaky valves underneath my kitchen sink. We talked through some of my options and it got done within the hour! Prices were pretty reasonable considering the turnaround time and the amount of work done.
