I was looking for a plumbing company that would come and help fix my leak under my kitchen sink and bathroom sink. I called a plumber I used before and I never got a return call, and I don't believe in chasing anyone to make money. So, I called another plumbing company and he never called me back. Finally I came across this companies Google reviews with 5 star ratings, and now I see why. They answered the same day and I had an appointment the same day. The owner was very friendly on the phone and asked me if I preferred today or tomorrow. I wanted it to be fixed today and he told me someone would be there around 5 or 6 p.m. I got a text also letting me know that they would be arriving. He was on time, courteous, and friendly. He also went above and beyond driving to Cleveland because the company only services areas out in Parma and other areas. I was truly grateful for that. I decided to have him work on my kitchen sink only. The owner came in accessed the problem fixed it no more leaks. Thank you for showing up and helping us your service was truly appreciated and I would highly recommend this company. They are a bit pricey, but my problem was fixed and all it took was one phone call. Thank you again.

Plumbing911 fixed a recurring draining and clogging problem that wasn't cleared with the use of a traditional snake by the first company I called.

They used a drain camera and discovered tree roots and a large amount of sludge in our sewer pipe. They used hydrojetting, which cut through the roots and totally flushed out the sludge, leaving us with no more clogging or draining issues! They responded quickly and were very thorough and professional. They will be my go to for any future plumbing needs.

Strongsville Plumbing Company just did a toilet repair, and replaced some PVC pipe under my kitchen sink. The plumber at my house was polite, and professional. I’m typically not a review writer, however, my recent experiences warrant a review. We hired Pompeii’s to replace the toilet wax ring which had started leaking. Their service technician came and replaced, all is good, Right! Well, in this case, he missed the fact that the toilet flange was also damaged. The leak continued. We contacted again and James C. Arrived. I was unable to be home so he took the time to take pictures, send to me and then phoned me to discuss what needed to be done. Yes, they inadvertently missed on the original visit the toilet flange damage
But, James C. responded and quickly resolved the leak issue to our satisfaction. What made this review necessary, they also adjusted my bill accordingly so I did not have to pay added costs as they took ownership of the missed toilet flange issue. This is a company that not only deserves my respect but also earned it. Honest, Hard working service technicians that are knowledgable, professional, courteous & go the extra mile to satisfy their Customers.
