While our family was out of town, a storm knocked down a very large tree that struck our Gas Meter. When checking our home for safety, the gas company detected a small gas leak inside our home. Our Gas (and heat) were shut off until the leak was fixed (March of 2023). I called several plumbing services and Plumbing911 was one of the only ones that answered our call over the weekend, and Jon was onsite the next morning. He worked overtime to try to find the leak and returned with additional team members to address the issues. When more damage was discovered, Jon Csontos worked into the evening to fix the issues, repair all of the damaged gas pipe and make our home safe for our family.

Even though we were out of town, Jon kept us updated on the progress throughout and was very helpful during this stressful event. I would highly recommend Jon for his professional work, honesty, and effort that he put into this job.

Mayer Plumbing waterproofed part of an apartment building and were absolutely amazing. They were so mindful of our property and took extra care to not cause damage to our grass with their heavy equipment. Their employees expained what they were doing and were absolutely professional. We've used the plumbing source for several years now and I feel like they are a dependable company. We have an old house with hot water radiators and they have replaced valves, an expansion tank, and an air purger. They've also replaced larger parts of other old pipes that had begun to leak. Their work is solid, I appreciate the time they will take to explain how things work and what needs to be done (and also when certain things DON'T need to be done). Their office is also on top of it in terms of scheduling, reminders etc. Definitely recommend them.

We had Alex service a leaking faucet in the bathtub. He was very knowledgeable and had the leak fixed within an hour. Very friendly and respectful as well. Alex even changed out our sink trap to PVC with last minute notice. Highly recommend.

Very happy with my experience. They spent the entire day at our home installing a sump pump and fixing leaky shut off valves. They were thorough, explained everything, and did a great job in their actual work. They probably underestimated the time the job would take. I would definitely recommend!

We had to have Christopher Lurz from Got Plumbing, Inc rebuild our upstairs bathroom. All the ugly tile & caulking is gone! He even went to a warehouse where he ordered our tub, but the tub was not up to his standard so he took it back & got us a better one. I used to be afraid to call any plumbers to come out to my house. But since Chris came so highly recommended to me, I definitely will recommend him to anyone who needs excellent, fair, and high quality plumbing services.

So glad we worked with Alex when our sump pump needed replacing! Alex was knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us. We also really appreciated how clean and tidy Alex left our basement. Everything was well organized. Finally, Alex was able to help us very quickly after we called him. Would definitely recommend him and work with him again.

I had James Dandre gullett as my Plumber and he was very friendly and he did the kitchen sink and he told me everything good to go the nicest guy I ever met

My elderly mother had a blocked up kitchen sink that we couldn’t get fixed ourselves. Plumbing Tech was recommended by more than a couple residents in our village, so I gave them a call. They were able to come out the next day! They got the kitchen sink unclogged and ended up needing to redo the pipes underneath too. (I’ll try to attach a pic I took.) While they were here, they were also able to unclog a drain in our basement by our washer that we also couldn’t snake ourselves. They gave us a recommendation for the basement along with an estimate to fix some old piping/issues. Thank you Plumbing Tech for everything you’ve done for my mother!
