Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Cleveland OH

We had an issue with sewer drainage in our rental home and it was existing for years. After many different plumbers were not able to diagnose the problem H Jack came in and put everything right. They are all professional and easy to deal with. They keep you informed of what is happening and are very proficient,. After what we have been through, including the inhalation of sewer gas we are very happy that H Jack was able to fix the problem. They are worth every dime spent. I can not stress enough how professional they are. Thank you for outstanding service

Be sure that your plumbing is done correctly and by a qualified plumber. I have had other plumbers do work in my home, but none compare to the quality and service offer by Dan at 1st Choice Plumbing. I contacted WyattWorks for estimate on potential Drain clearing, they promptly set up appt that worked for my schedule. Pete was sent out to perform on site consultation. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I am currently in the decision making process. Will post again if I decide to have work completed by them.

I had many companies over for estimates. I used to be in the business years ago when I was younger so I knew what to look for. This one had Kevin doing the job. He was polite, professional and especially honest. He and Jason came in and did a remarkable job in a time that I thought could not be done. During this time I had Covid-19 concerns and they rescheduled without any problem. I want to thank the office personnel for calling me on a Sunday to confirm. They ware remarkable. I think this is the best company in the business . Hats off to Kevin for being so forthcoming.

We had The Plumbing Source out to add a shut off and leave some water line available for our new fridge on 8/3. This was not a new pipe just adding to an existing line already there. While work was satisfactory, the price seemed extremely high for the amount of time and materials.

In total we paid $326.43 for about 20 minutes of work including a shut off and some water line.

Additionally our brand new washer and dryer were delivered two days before, right below the new shut off. Unfortunately the dryer was left with some scratches after the work was completed (tools maybe set on it?). Regardless the wife is not happy as she had not even used yet.

I experienced a toilet and sink backup in my Mom’s house while I was making funeral arrangements for her. Stressful enough, but I was referred to Killeen’s. Stephanie was amazing and made it happen that a plumber arrive the same day I called. Andy and Finn were terrific!! Wow! So great!!! I highly recommend.

Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. They are always so helpful, I have never had a bad experience with them and their work is always done right the first time. Thank you so much Steve and Lindsey for being so awesome! We will continue to call them anytime we have any issues in our shop.

Needed a sewer line cleanout. I've consulted with the city and other plumbers, and Ian from Pompeii's took the time to thoroughly inform me of the issue, and was able to resolve it and recommend future action in a non-sales-pressure way. He also pointed out some other situations that were helpful to know about. It was a very difficult rootball, but Ian and Chris persevered and took care of it. I'm a happy customer.
