I can’t say enough great things about this company. They are so responsive, every time I’ve called, a tech is over within the hour - even on a Saturday night. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. My AC recently broke, and it’s 80+ degrees outside. A tech came out on Sunday to look over our system and then Steve Smylie himself came by on Monday, and fixed the problem. He gave me his business card and told me to call him later to make sure everything is still working right. He was so kind and helpful, I’ve never received such personal attention from any company before. I’ll always use Smylie One and recommend them to all of my friends & family!

Everything (hot water tank, shut off valves, water pressure reducing valve, duct work, gas lines and gas line valves) was installed professionally, and according to code. I had many companies over for estimates. I used to be in the business years ago when I was younger so I knew what to look for. This one had Kevin doing the job. He was polite, professional and especially honest. He and Jason came in and did a remarkable job in a time that I thought could not be done. During this time I had Covid-19 concerns and they rescheduled without any problem. I want to thank the office personnel for calling me on a Sunday to confirm. They ware remarkable. My water heater started leaking from the top Sunday night and it was obvious it needed to be replaced. I saw that Pompeii's had a nice BBB rating and gave them a try. I called first thing Monday morning and was surprised a bit when I was told someone would be out there later in the morning (I expected having to wait a day or two). Chris & Mike came out and from start to finish did an excellent job replacing my water heater. They did the COVID mask thing, wore booties when coming into the house from the outdoors, and took great care in keeping things as clean and neat as possible as one can in the situation. I appreciated the fact that Chris took the time to get the plumbing set-up right and not just throw a bunch of joints etc. together from the line to the water heater. After checking a number of times to make sure everything was working smoothly they cleaned up and hauled everything away in their truck. Both Chris & Mike were professional yet friendly which I did appreciate. I will certainly use Pompeii's for any future plumbing needs.
