Plus your techs were wrong on how to fix issues they said they would have to cut holes in walls well there was no need for that plenty of room in crawl to fix broken pipe

Peter from WyattWorks came, checked the leak, suggested that we replace the parts, gave me the quote. Once I agreed, he got the parts, installed, checked and fixed the leak. All that in less than 2 hours. He provided a great service, explained before and after the fix was completed.

Incredibly professional. Timely. There was an issue and the manager came with his son that same night to fix the problem. What couldn't be fixed that night was done well enough to last for the rest of the night and was fixed first thing the next morning. Ike was great. On a rainy Friday night we noticed that our sump pump was not working (and raw sewage water was backing up into our basement). Harrison was over in 26 minutes and diagnosed the problem / came back Saturday morning to correct the issue. As an update Killeen was back at my house this past week installing a sump pump and back flow system and waterproofing. Corey and Nick worked tirelessly for 3 days excavating, cleaning out pipes all around my house in addition to installing the sump pump and battery backup They answered all my questions and were professional and polite. I’m typically not a review writer, however, my recent experiences warrant a review. We hired Pompeii’s to replace the toilet wax ring which had started leaking. Their service technician came and replaced, all is good, Right! Well, in this case, he missed the fact that the toilet flange was also damaged. The leak continued. We contacted again and James C. Arrived. I was unable to be home so he took the time to take pictures, send to me and then phoned me to discuss what needed to be done. Yes, they inadvertently missed on the original visit the toilet flange damage
But, James C. responded and quickly resolved the leak issue to our satisfaction. What made this review necessary, they also adjusted my bill accordingly so I did not have to pay added costs as they took ownership of the missed toilet flange issue. This is a company that not only deserves my respect but also earned it. Honest, Hard working service technicians that are knowledgable, professional, courteous & go the extra mile to satisfy their Customers. Great and efficient work, warned about initial costs estimates and then accomplished far more economically the work required on a forty year old tub and shower.

Called them again for a different bathroom and sink, but they checked it and said my interim repair to free a clog did the trick. They did a checkup to make sure all was well and then charged me nothing. Wow!
Good work and honest about it all. Rare indeed.
