We had an issue with sewer drainage in our rental home and it was existing for years. After many different plumbers were not able to diagnose the problem H Jack came in and put everything right. They are all professional and easy to deal with. They keep you informed of what is happening and are very proficient,. After what we have been through, including the inhalation of sewer gas we are very happy that H Jack was able to fix the problem. They are worth every dime spent. We had a clog in our bathroom sink. Our plumber was in and out in under 30 minutes. He was super friendly and affordable. Definitely recommend!

They responded quickly (another company didn’t even return my call). James was professional and efficient, was able to clean the seal on my garbage disposal and retighten it. He also added a bracket for the dishwasher hose that I didn’t even know was mounted incorrectly!

I can’t say enough nice things about this business. I called in distraught on Christmas Eve because our hot water tank died. I had people coming to my home the following day. Killeens not only called me back immediately but sent two awesome technicians out to replace my hot water tank same day! Beyond grateful for their services. I even gave the guys chocolate chip cookies four the road because who replaces hot water tanks (without a service premium!) on Christmas Eve?! Will use again and definitely would recommend to others!

From the quoting to the product to the installation, Pompeii's was absolutely the best. We were on the fence about getting a tankless water heater for our home, and they answered all our questions. Service was prompt and courteous. Dustin was knowledgeable and friendly. Work was done quickly and cleanly. Dustin made sure to test to make sure everything was work as expected with no leaks before he left. Pricing was about what I expected. I would definitely use Neptune again.
