I initially didn't feel valued or appreciated as a customer and my tenant felt disrespected as a female by the gentleman sent to work on the plumbing issue.

Ultimately, the idea of price, quality and engineering issues being passed on to the customer with minimum accountability, was in question.

On a positive side note, in the end an H.Jack representative put forth quality measures to rectify my grievance, which goes a long way for a disgruntled customer.

In a perfect world, there's no harm and no foul and all sides are happy. Unfortunately, its not quite a perfect world, yet and still I thank you for your time, consideration and willingness to have an open conversation.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with an issue with my mother’s outdated garbage disposal and getting it replaced. I called early this morning and had assistance before noon today. Keeping things short we got an incredible new garbage disposal installed at a very reasonable price. This is now our go-to business for any of our future plumbing needs. Sean is the best and he totally rescued us from a terrible sewer problem. He took care of us quickly and so thoroughly and walked us through the entire process. He took the time to clear our pipes like no one else ever has. It is obvious he loves his work and he provided great service and he and his team are all very pleasant to work with. Derek and Dustin replaced the hot and cold water faucets in the laundry room for our new washing machine. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reviewed the work to be done and the costs prior to starting. They reviewed the work that was done after they were completed and their clean up was immaculate. They even hooked up the washing machine and dryer. Technician Matthew was very nice and helpful and friendly. His SVR Greg was also very good and helpful. Will begin the work in the morning. Would recommend them to everyone.Plumber Mike was friendly and helpful. He replaced all plumbing in crawl space including main sewer drain up to toilet and shower. He also put in new trap and so much more under house.Second Mike removed the bathroom floor which had rotted out and replaced it.Both of the Mike’s worked overtime to get the job completed on the weekend so that we could get the closing on the house sale completed and I was able to leave and return home, which was an 8 hour drive away. The entire team of workers were friendly, and very good at what they did.I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any plumbing services. And yes my job was over $15,000 but it was completed in two days due to their willingness to work very long hours in to accommodate my timeline to complete the closing on the house sale.I want to thank them all so very much.
