Best Sump Pump Repair/Replacement/Install in Cleveland OH

Ok so we used this company before but this time it was An Emergency!!! My son decided to put my Wedding rings down the shower drain and I swear I think I died a little because I honestly did not think I would ever see my rings ever!!! So my husband called this company again and Justin and Andrew came out and they found the rings in one of the pipes, both rings!!! I swear these two are angels in my eyes, I was bawling my eyes out, HYSTERICAL, my husband was upset I can't even tell you how wonderful these two were!!! THIS IS OUR ABSOLUTE GO TO FROM NOW ON!!! THEY WERE WORKING OVERTIME TOO!! I COULDNT GIVE THEM ENOUGH HUGS!!!
Also they put in a new toilet for us and it's beautiful!!

The WyattWorks office staff was great - they were easy to reach, scheduled the appointment quickly, and followed up to let us know exactly what time Mike would be arriving. Mike himself was fantastic - very professional, calm, quiet, and cheerful. He explained what needed to be done clearly and was able to do the work that day. He left everything very tidy. He also told us what we needed watch for long term with our plumbing. We were very impressed and would definitely use Mike and WyattWorks again. Highly recommended.

Mayer plumbing did some work at the house, I asked the tech the cost of installing a faucet and garbage disposal, he quoted me $149. for each. Another tech came out for the installation....quoted me $199 each. I explained that the previous tech quoted me $149 and it was on the invoice. He called the office and verified it. Then he comes back with to install the sink mounting flange for the disposal it would be another $50. It's only $149 if it's changed disposal for disposal. Now that's ridiculous, disposals are rarely changed with exactly the same model. Beyond that the assembly to install was included with the disposal. So, I agreed as this was being done for an elderly family member and I was not present. However, I called Mayer to speak with someone regarding this apparent bait and switch and my call was not returned...With so many elderly people in Parma be careful what you agree to.

They saved the day for me last night. The lady who took my call was very pleasant and kind on the phone, Adam came out sooner than the time he quoted me and replaced our sump pump quickly. He was very professional and very down to earth. He helped find a restoration company and by the end of job we shared some laughs like we were good friends. Highly recommend them. Amazing group of people.

Derek and Dustin replaced the hot and cold water faucets in the laundry room for our new washing machine. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reviewed the work to be done and the costs prior to starting. They reviewed the work that was done after they were completed and their clean up was immaculate. They even hooked up the washing machine and dryer. Have had ARS out several times to repair plumbing in our kitchen sink. It’s been an ongoing issue that has never been fully repaired. We’ve had them snake the lines, repair the parts that come apart, etc… We finally made an appointment with them to completely redo the sink plumbing on Saturday 9/17 at 2. We were closing early anyways that day so it made sense for us timing wise. Nobody showed up. When I called to see where they were, they said they didn’t have an appointment scheduled. The person on the phone said they’d have a manager call me. He never did. We’ve been using Ars for our restaurant plumbing needs for years. Never. F’ing. Again.

These people have saved my @$$ multiple times. They were professional and, even though I was the last appointment of a Sunday, they spent time to answer all my questions and made sure they showed me (and I understood) all the work they did. Highly recommend!

So glad we worked with Alex when our sump pump needed replacing! Alex was knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us. We also really appreciated how clean and tidy Alex left our basement. Everything was well organized. Finally, Alex was able to help us very quickly after we called him. Would definitely recommend him and work with him again.
