Kamran from Five Star Plumbing and Heating came to our house with the issue we had with a water heater. He arrived on time and was very professional and patient. He installed our water heater within a few hours. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy with the job.

We were so impressed with his service to our water heater that we called Five Star Plumbing and Heating with our second issue involving our toilet. The toilet was leaking water. Kamran was able to detect the issue and was able to fix it quickly.

Our main sewer line backed up. Adam came out and explained everything to me in detail that he thought could be the problem and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Dan is awesome and extremely knowledgeable about anything plumbing related. We actually had drain issues with our sewer (on the driveway) and Dan came out, used a camera to inspect it, and gave us such helpful information about what needs to be done next. Fast accurate work... Extremely expensive

Absolutely amazing work I’ve been having a hard time with my pipes and drains not draining water from my kitchen and he went above and beyond to do the what seemed impossible for other companies to do and now my kitchen sink is usable again thank you all so much for your hard work it’s truly appreciated 10/10 recommend great service as well as staff.

Mayer plumbing did some work at the house, I asked the tech the cost of installing a faucet and garbage disposal, he quoted me $149. for each. Another tech came out for the installation....quoted me $199 each. I explained that the previous tech quoted me $149 and it was on the invoice. He called the office and verified it. Then he comes back with to install the sink mounting flange for the disposal it would be another $50. It's only $149 if it's changed disposal for disposal. Now that's ridiculous, disposals are rarely changed with exactly the same model. Beyond that the assembly to install was included with the disposal. So, I agreed as this was being done for an elderly family member and I was not present. However, I called Mayer to speak with someone regarding this apparent bait and switch and my call was not returned...With so many elderly people in Parma be careful what you agree to.

John and crew did a great job. He addressed every item and it looks great. This is the third time using Killeen and I’m 3 for 3. Every plumber has been great to work with and John fell into that category! They are rockstars in my book.

Roto Rooter did an excellent job. I had drainage issues and they came out At 8pm and gave me a quote. After using a snake cam, they found pipes to be have complete corrosion. They were able to have someone back next day and installed new PVC piping in the 1st and 2nd floor. Quality and service were great

We needed a new garbage disposal for my mom's house they came same day and got a new disposal installed quickly. They were really nice and even took a look at her faucet because they noticed it was leaking and they got that fixed up for her. Timothy and Hayden were very nice and helpful
