Im in the Strongsville area & had a problem on a weekend. Hank went out of his way to help me with my plumbing problem. His kindness and concern was greatly appreciated. The plumber who came out was a very nice guy who was genuinely concerned with fixing my plumbing. He was very good at what he dose. Everything was done in a professional manner. Five Star Plumbing replaced a shut off valve in the basement and installed a new kitchen faucet. Service was excellent. Kamran was polite, thorough, and professional. I would use them again without question. Actually, when Kamran was here he pointed out two other shut off valves that were corroded and so he is returning next week to replace them. I am so glad to find a plumber I trust.

I have nothing but good things to say about Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain. We had issues with a sewer gas smell that would come and go. Harrison was very responsive when discussing our issues and was able to come out to our house promptly. Over the course of several days he was back and forth to our home to diagnose and treat various issues contributing to our smell. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanations. Could not have asked for a better experience with a kitchen remodel. From the first step to the last, customer service was excellent. All of the guys did great work and were extremely polite and friendly with me, my son, and my (very hyper) dog. Awesome work, great quality!! Highly recommend!

My main water valve was leaking in the basement (6 beach towels a day worth of water). They switched out my 75 year old galvanized valve with a brass one. Plus, they put a brass elbow up to the water meter. Stan and Kevin were very nice, professional and fast. I thought their price was very reasonable.

Every question and inquiry I had was answered with patience and respect by each team member. There was considerable coordination with masons, HVAC and plumbers to fix the drains around my house and Killeen made the process seamless! I couldn't be happier and I look forward to a dry basement!
