*UPDATE* The owner called me and we talked through the issue. He was very polite, and I would honestly give H Jack's another try after that conversation.

H Jack's told me my sewer line was collapsed and they would have to tear up the entire front yard. After getting multiple other estimates, I was told it actually was not collapsed. Now I'm saving thousands of dollars!

Totally overpriced, scammers.

The plumber was prompt, efficient, cleaned up after himself, and went well beyond expectations with the plumbing repair. This is the second time I have used Five Star Plumbing, and I will continue to use them in the future.

Ryan and Bob came out, gave me a quote upfront, even let me watch while they hydro jetted my pipe, explaining along the way what they were looking for and what they were doing. They were both very professional yet friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Jean was top notch. He was very professional and guided me through my whole house and what he was looking at. Helped take care of a couple little things for me and really made the whole experience positive. Knowledgeable and personable conversations the entire time he was in my home.

I am beyond impressed with the crew at Lakewood Plumbing. I left a message at 11pm for service and was called back promptly in the morning. Ryan was the serviceman who came to my home. Unfortunately, I was unable to be there for the repair, but my agent said he was above and beyond professional and kind. The price was more than fair. I can't say enough good things about Lakewood Plumbing! I'm excited to have a reliable plumber to use in the future.

I had an appt for 12:00 pm today to meet the plumber at a rental. At one o'clock I called and he said he was on his way. We waited... waited...waited. Decide to go grab some food ..not that far away. They came and left quickly before we got back which wasn't that long. The tenant said you should wait they'll be right back but they left anyway. The plumber had my number and my husband's number and never called. He told the tenant they would return on Thursday or Friday cause he didn't have the part...which is fine but he never went to the basement to snake the drain. When I asked why they left without calling us...he had our contact information...especially after we had patiently waited for them, he said find another plumber and hung up. This was Main Man Plumbing!

Very happy with the service we received by McPhillips Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. They were prompt for the appointment and worked efficiently to get the job done quickly. Also the repairman was friendly and educated us for how to lessen the chance for another occurrence. I recommend this company very highly!
