I had my hot water heater go out, and initially hired another heating and cooling company to come diagnose and fix the issue. The service person was dishonest about the issue, claimed I needed an entire new tank, and tried to sell me a new one at $1600.

Enter Tim and Alex from Plumb Nation who correctly diagnosed the issue to the elements needing to be replaced. $345 bill. Alex was even prepared to contact the manufacturer on my behalf to ensure they covered a full replacement, should that be the case! Tim also took the time to explain to me the issue so I clearly understood the needed repair and was a complete gentlemen. As a young, single woman, I cannot appreciate this enough.

So thankful to have an ethical company to call for any future plumbing needs!!

Our job was elective and non emergent involving the kitchen sink piping. John and Brian had to be pulled away from my job due to an emergency (which is a totally reasonable thing to do!). They showed back up at 630 after working 3.5 hours at this emergency and didn’t leave until 830 so I could have a functional kitchen sink. They could’ve made me wait until the morning but expressed concerns that they wouldn’t want to be left without their kitchen sink. Thank you Brian and John!

A&P has been out to my house numerous times over the years, the owner spent well over an hour on the phone with me at one point thoroughly describing the issues with my septic system and then gave me multiple options on repair/replacement. the drivers, office staff and everyone including are all very warm and welcoming and their service is top notch.
