Best Sewer Line Inspection in Cleveland OH

I had water backing up into my basement late on a Friday night. I called Plumbing 911 and although they couldn't send anyone out that night, they promised to send someone first thing in the morning between 7 and 9 am. I received a call at 8 am on the dot from a very polite and knowledgeable plumber named John.

John was able to get to the root (not pun intended) cause of our problem through persistence. He did not want to leave us without a solution. He was very kind, patient, and extremely helpful as he walked us through what was wrong and what needed to be addressed.

Dan at 1st Choice was my first choice, in large part because of these reviews. He will always be my choice in the future because of the exceptional service and value. I had one of those plumbing nightmares that kept growing: stopped-up bathroom sink in an old home, thought I could take care of it myself, turns out the pipes were held together by electrical tape, needed to replace both the plumbing and the sink... it was just going on and on, and I wasn't saving money or time. Called Dan, he was over at the next time that was convenient for me. He didn't walk in presuming to do the work, but he was ready to do so. Clearly explained the problems, and outlined and quoted both a short-term solution and a long-term consideration (that is necessary, pricier, but not an emergency). He didn't try to push me into the bigger project, and went right to work on the clog. Done in minutes because a) he has the touch and b) he has the right equipment. Not only that, but he reassembled my new piping and connected it to my new sink/vanity (from the L store), and at no charge added the element I needed to make it all work (because the guy at the L store barely knew what he was talking about; just a bit more than me!). Total time was about an hour, total cost was about HALF of what I was expecting, and the work was flawless. It's now 4 weeks later and I couldn't be happier and more relieved. I can only imagine what would have happened if I'd just been a dumb consumer and called Roto-Rooter. Here's the thing: Dan is the kind of local, friendly, knowledgeable professional that we used to be able to find two decades ago, but thought they were extinct now. 1st Choice proves that they are alive and well, and they ought to be your first and only choice too.

Very pleased with the job that Plumb Nation and Andy provided for us. We had been experiencing sewage backup for a couple months. Andy came in provided an honest quote and was ready to start immediately. The crew was friendly and well skilled in plumbing. We will be hiring Plumb Nation to do future plumbing repairs around our house.

My water main froze, so I called these guys. Unfortunately the could not help me, but they did try to charge me for doing nothing. Which is a lot better than most. Some plumbers would make up procedures just to find a way to charge $500.

We paid just shy of $500 to have two exterior faucets, and one toilet shutoff valve replaced. We also got a new basement ceiling (at our expense) because the plumber punched a hole through it with another pipe.

I'm not sure what he was doing to that exterior pipe to bust through our basement ceiling the amount to twisting had to be over 90 degrees to cause the damage we had. Doesn't bode well for any other pipes that along the runs we had altered.

Called roto rooter in the morning they were there at my house the same day by the afternoon. We had a technician named Mike #1258 who was excellent worked hard to fix our problem with the hot water tank. Mike was very helpful with trying to keep the price down for us so he did some troubleshooting on the hot water tank and was able to fix it with out having to replace anything we really appreciate what Mike was able to do and his professionalism and hard work was nice to see.

Needed an emergency plumber for flooding in my basement I called northeast plumbing and they sent someone that day. Tim and Dale were professional very knowledgeable and helped us solve our issue.

i hired invisible excavations to jet out my daughters down spout lines in University Heights, they came out charged me $900.00 and left, no follow up! i called days later and asked if everything was clear , ( i had a concrete guy waiting to pour patio & sidewalk) first response was , yes pour the concrete! then i received a phone call from them saying, hold off there is a problem with one of the lines!
that's the last that i have heard from them! i have made 3 calls back, and no return follow ups from them! as of today (4-24-2020), the concrete is on hold!
i am looking for a contractor to come & get the job done!
