The guys were on time and very efficient with replacing my tankless water heater. More expensive than I wanted but the work was good. No complaints!

Very expensive not worth it charged $250.00 just for a rubber seal inside my toilet ridiculous!!

Plumber was in for less than an hour and was courteous and professional. Plumber did not wear shoe covers or gloves as stated on the Companies Covid disclaimer. Replaced the wax ring on toilet and come to find out we were drastically overcharged. I also read on the Covid disclaimer that customers will be screened prior to a visit and we were not screened before the plumber entered our residence. We were referred to this company by a friend and will not be using again or referring.

Renee was AWESOME, he went above and beyond the call of duty to fix my sink. I’m so appreciative since he’s the second Plummer that tried to fix it and I’m listing my house tomorrow so it was crunch time. Thanks Renee, all the best to you and your family

I searched around for weeks to try and find the best company that fit my needs best and was able to work with me around my busy work schedule and decided to call NEO HVAC, My call was answered immediately! The receptionist was very nice and professional and told me she would have someone contact me as soon as possible, I got a call back from Brian within 30 minutes. He was very helpful and made sure I was fully aware and understood the whole process. we set an appointment for him to come out and check out the issues and he was very upfront and honest with me and actually saved me money. I got a few other quotes and was told by other companies that I need way more work done than I actually needed. Brian made sure I understood the whole process and got it done in a very quick and reasonable time and I've had no problems since!
