The 2 servicemen were very professional and explained what they were doing during the process. They also cleaned up any mess that happened during the cleaning. I will use H Jacks again. 5 stars.

I needed the drain pipe in a crawlspace replaced because it was too small so when doing laundry the water backed up into a bathtub.

He gave us a new customer discount and also a discount for repeat service should we decide to do other work with five star. Surprised there are service people like kamran still around.

They never called back

My daughter called this company, because we had hot water tank issue. The guy named Mike talked to us and scheduled a visit.
Today, nor him neither one of his workers ever showed up.
Now, it is late Friday and we cannot get another plumber.
In 12 hours, this Mike asked us to confirm 3 times that we kept appointment via text, but later today, when we had a missef call, he told us that we were supposed to pick up a phone, when his worker called to confirm once again.
We were never told to wait for a call from anybody.

We were told to wait 2 pm till 6 pm on Friday, and we were told about text confirmation system.

This is distasteful that this person did not do his job and instead of fixing his mistake, he acted like a bully.

I read their reviews on Yelp, and they are mostly 1 star. If I could give 0 or - 1, I would.

This person or his company workers are not somebody you want to do a job in your house.

Hire somebody else.

Absolutely amazing work I’ve been having a hard time with my pipes and drains not draining water from my kitchen and he went above and beyond to do the what seemed impossible for other companies to do and now my kitchen sink is usable again thank you all so much for your hard work it’s truly appreciated 10/10 recommend great service as well as staff.

Ryan was awesome in every way! It was a difficult area to get to since I have a tiny cupboard opening under sink. He promised to do everything he could to get us working and he was true to his word, and I was so grateful to him for getting my sink in working order! 😁

Tony from Killeen was able to quickly locate the source of a leak from from my upstairs shower that was exiting through my dining room ceiling below. He knew exactly where to cut into the ceiling with minimal damage and cleanup and then installed a new drain connection and strainer. Problem solved! I am very happy with the work and the price. I highly recommend this company and Tony.

The receptionist who answered the phone was very rude. She informed me that she would call me back in a few hours to let me know if someone would be able to come out to my home for the day, when I told her I would continue to call around she immediately got a nasty attuned with me claiming that I was rude to allow her to pull one of her guys off of a job only to choose someone else. I tried to explain that this was not what she said to me but she continued to be rude. I will not return nor will I recommend them to anyone
