Best Residential Plumbing Repair in Cleveland OH

This comes as a never ending Thank you for the months of work performed by all members of the H. Jack's Team in restoring my son's home to a place to live. He was taken advantage of by the individual who sold his home to him. Although he had paid for a property check, never was it shown that his entire back foundation was caving in and had to be totally replaced. There were also various cement floor leaks in an area of his basement. Quite frankly every phase of restoration was owed to the H. Jack's Plumbing & Heating Co. as well as their contacts to restore my son's home to be livable once again. They rank with 5 stars to us.

Smylie's professional installer is approved by Bryant which is reassuring to me. He replaced my aging furnace with a new one and the process took 6 hours. Nice and clean install.

Totally amazed by Kamran at Five Star Plumbing! He came out the same day I called him and by that afternoon, my sinks were both in working order. Honest, trustworthy and extremely capable, I plan to call him for all my future plumbing needs.

i hired invisible excavations to jet out my daughters down spout lines in University Heights, they came out charged me $900.00 and left, no follow up! i called days later and asked if everything was clear , ( i had a concrete guy waiting to pour patio & sidewalk) first response was , yes pour the concrete! then i received a phone call from them saying, hold off there is a problem with one of the lines!
that's the last that i have heard from them! i have made 3 calls back, and no return follow ups from them! as of today (4-24-2020), the concrete is on hold!
i am looking for a contractor to come & get the job done!

When David arrived he was very professional and kind given the circumstances of the pandemic and our actual plumbing problem. He also addressed another plumbing issue that we hadn’t included in the original call which was very helpful. He also addressed any questions we had at any point in the visit and made everything very easy to understand. I would highly recommend their services.

Honest and reliable

I came home from work well after business hours to discover that my water output was backing up in the basement drain. I called North Ohio Sewer & Drain LLC completely expecting to leave a message with the hope of receiving a call back in the morning. Well, to my surprise, the call was answered! Mike and another employee were addressing the problem within the hour and the problem was quickly solved. They were fast to respond, friendly and affordable. I will definitely be calling North Ohio Sewer & Drain for all future problems and plumbing needs!

Jason and his team are the real deal. There new technology for trenchless repair kept our beautiful new floors from having to be dug up. I will definitely be spreading the word to all my neighbors about this fantastic knowledgeable company. Keep up the fantastic work.

I have spunky children who like to try new things and sometimes down drains or toilets! These guys are the most responsive, professional, and quick acting to fix your problem as soon as possible. For all of my calls to them, they have been at my house within a few hours. It can be stressful having unwanted clogs but I couldn’t recommend Urus any higher! Thank you for doing what you do and the team you have!

Looking for a fly by night contractor. Look no further. This company will charge full price but end up only do a fraction of the work. We asked that they share some camera footage before jetting our drains and they didn’t share anything and came out and jetting one downspout for under a half hour for $800 dollars. It’s not clear if that is the price per drain or the half hour rate because they never sent an invoice. They also strong armed my wife to give them a check before they left, even though they only jetted one (already cleaned a year prior) downspout, which probably didn’t even need to be cleaned. I asked for them to share the footage before starting the work, but they did not. When I said I was disappointed that they did half the work for the full price they didn’t respond to multiple requests for the paid invoice for our records. This company is a scam, we’ve had great experiences with a numerous plumbers in Lakewood, we should have ignored a recommendation to call Chris Baggot and Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical. I’m reporting this scam artist to the BBB. Avoid them at all costs.
