Kamran is, without a doubt, the best plumber! He is quick to respond to calls and is very polite. He has been our plumber for a whole year and in that time he has fully renovated 2 bathrooms, installed all of our appliances, and replaced 20 valves in our 1853 year old home. Almost all plumbers that I have met do not want to fix the real source of the problem when it is “hidden”. These folks give you the facts by seeing/showing you the issues using the latest technology, offer solutions to consider so I could make an informed decision with no surprise outcome. Strongsville Plumbing Company just did a toilet repair, and replaced some PVC pipe under my kitchen sink. The plumber at my house was polite, and professional. He did nice work, and cleaned up after himself. Everything was done for a great price. I will refer this company to anyone I know looking for a good plumber.

We will be having our outside pipes from the house to the sewer line redone in about a week. Have not had repairs done yet, just scheduled.

They never called back

I called another plumber at first, they were horrible and way too expensive. These guys, omg. No issues, came in looked at it, told me what the issue was and what it’s gonna cost (which was ridiculously cheaper than the other plumber), fixed it, sent me a picture of it, and they we’re gone. I’m extremely happy.

I had Northeast Plumbing and Mechanical come in and replace my kitchen faucet and my shower head.
The owner came in personally and was quick and efficient! Everything was done fast and clean. He cleaned up after himself and it almost seemed cleaner then when he started. He gave me tips on keeping my new hardware productive.

I hired Dan the owner to put new vanity in the bathroom and move the pipes in the wall. First, he didn’t get quote to me. Then he wouldn’t show or came hours late. He never finished the job. He won’t answer our calls. He took payment when was half way done and the he never came back.
