They arrived on time on the day they said, and were efficient, polite and as far as I could tell thorough. No complaints.

My wife and I bought our home in February and then the main line broke in March! We received an insane quote to repair it from another company, so I called Pluming 911 for a second opinion. They quoted me more than half the price to do the same work!!!
Right from the start they were amazing. Our plumbers Ryan and Jeff were quick and efficient, and a joy to have in the home. The great part of using a family owned business is they treat you like you are family. I was never made to feel like a nuisance or bother when I had questions or concerns. They wanted me to be happy, and I most definitely am. I will use them if anything ever happens again.

Jason did a fine job. He was courteous and fixed my toilet up good as new! He did extra work to make sure the toilet was functioning and found the source of a second leak in the toilet That he was able to repair as well.

We had a sewage back-up in our basement and called North Ohio Sewer & Drain and they were responsive and out within the day. They handled the back-up as well as diagnosed the problem. Mike was both efficient and informative.

After the main line sewer to my house broke, lakewood gave expert advice that saved me thousands of dollars. They were quick to respond and are 100% professional. Totally recommend this company.

Harrison and the Urus team (Will especially) are amazing! I recently bought an older home and I have had a few plumbing issues, each time they were to my home in less than 12 hours (neither was an emergency). They are honest, kind, willing to work with my pain the butt home owners insurance policy and they explain things to me/teach me things for the future. They always greet me with a smile and are willing to go into detail about any questions I have. I will forever call Urus. They’re good people and I recommend them to everyone!! Thank you guys!!!

We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.
