Reading other reviews and read the same. Very nice friendly workers, but overcharging in service. In my case, I had everything ready for them, they just put the snake in the bathtub for 2 minutes, and $ 235.00... I think that although they solved me, it was somewhat expensive. All right...

My furnace issue was quickly responded to in an efficient manner by Chris. Repair took about an hour and was reasonably priced.

Plumbing911 fixed a recurring draining and clogging problem that wasn't cleared with the use of a traditional snake by the first company I called.

They used a drain camera and discovered tree roots and a large amount of sludge in our sewer pipe. They used hydrojetting, which cut through the roots and totally flushed out the sludge, leaving us with no more clogging or draining issues! They responded quickly and were very thorough and professional. They will be my go to for any future plumbing needs.

The commercial states $79 for camera inspection for sewer line. Then when you call you are told there would be a $89 service call in addition they say in the commercial don't get rootered. They are the ones advertising fraudulent sales tactics. Do not trust a company that lies to you before even meeting you. Very shady!!!!

I can not believe this commercial is still on I just saw it again. I wish I had the money to take them to court for taking advantage of people that are going thru a very painful time. Basement flooding not only is very expensive to deal with but it is the history of family photos that is the most heartbreaking. They are gone forever 😢

Chad Gimmi did an excellent job from start to finish on our project, the installation of a hot water tank. He provided us with a good set of options to consider, then carried out the job in a prompt, and professional manner. He left the area cleaner than it was before he started. The new tank looks great and should last years. I was quite happy with the entire process from the initial phone call through the payment.

These guys are the best around period there customer service and pricing beats the other guys that i have called or dealt with in the past so if you are looking to get something big or small done i would call them first it will save you the hassle.

I have nothing but good things to say about Harrison and Urus Sewer and Drain. We had issues with a sewer gas smell that would come and go. Harrison was very responsive when discussing our issues and was able to come out to our house promptly. Over the course of several days he was back and forth to our home to diagnose and treat various issues contributing to our smell. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanations. I bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot and they were to install it upon delivery. They weren't able to do the installation because of the type of plumbing I have (Pex with compression fittings). Home Depot had two separate installation teams come out (there were supposed to be 3, but the 2nd team never showed, so a 3rd had to come!) They finally sent Northeast Plumbing & Mechanical to do the installation.
Kaley (I hope I spelled that right lol) contacted me to schedule and the soonest was a week out. I told her what had been going on, mind you original installation was to be Thursday and that team couldn't do it. It was then rescheduled for Saturday, that team never showed up! It was then scheduled for Monday, and to my extreme dismay, that team explained they aren't able to work on that type plumbing! Kaley was super sweet and understanding and assured if there were any cancelations etc she would contact me asap. I was so surprised when she called the following morning and said there was an opening Friday morning! She scheduled me in and assured me they would take care of me.
Tim (TT) was who showed up and he was amazing! He was very nice and so well prepared and organized. He did a wonderful job and was very thorough and I mean very thorough! He made some conversions to make things easier for me moving forward should anything happen. He even took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. I was extremely impressed with him and could not have asked for a better experience!
I can't thank you guys enough! You're awesome! Definitely my go to if ever needed and will come highly recommended!

Very prompt response when I contacted him about an issue with my shower. Were moving in this upcoming weekend and he was more than happy to fit me in even on short notice. Very honest and down to earth. Was a bit of a pain to get the faucet fixed but he got it done in great time and very a VERY reasonable price. As a new homeowner im glad to of found a local business to support who is honest and fair. Will be calling for any plumbing issues or updates I may have in the future.
