Best Replacement in Cleveland OH

We contacted them last month regarding issues with our boiler. there was water leaking from a pipe that fed into the boiler. Paid $165 for the technician to tell us the boiler was in bad shape and quoted us $3500 to repair or over $9000 to replace. Of course we were shocked! it's getting cold out we have 2 children and we were not expecting such an expense. We got a second opinion just to be safe and the technician told us boiler was fine and fixed the leak. Costed us $200!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! To make matters worse, their technician loosened a wired and the boiler stopped responding to the thermostat (it was working before his visit) . new technician tightened the wires back and like magic it worked! I'm so disgusted at how they tried to take advantage of us. I'm not sure if the technician was doing this independently or if this is typical H. Jack Plumbing's behavior but it's very upsetting to know that there are businesses like this. my advice...if you call them get a second opinion. Matter of fact just don't call! save your money and the stress!

Most recently, we needed to have a new water heater installed. We knew just who to call. Kamran and his team did a fantastic job on the install and displayed a high level of service and professionalism. He even installed a second shut off valve to ensure my vertically challenged girlfriend would have access!

Dan did an outstanding job with our plumbing project. Everything (hot water tank, shut off valves, water pressure reducing valve, duct work, gas lines and gas line valves) was installed professionally, and according to code. I highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing for peace of mind, knowing the job will be done right and you will not be taken advantage of. Dan answered all of my questions along the way, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire project.

Invisible Excavating gives great customer service. They were quick, efficient, and helpful with questions that I had. What a great team! They responded immediately to my call to repair an underground, back left downspout, broken, drain pipe that was discovered recently by a different plumbing company that did not do excavating. We agreed on a work date after Christmas, and they came out a week later, two days after Christmas, and began work. Steve was very thorough in explaining the process and cost. He showed me the break, again, through a camera. Steve, Kevin, Matt, Jeremy, Justin, and John did a beautiful, neat, timely job. It was also cold and raining on and off! These men are not afraid to work hard! There was mud in the area so no heavy equipment could be driven back there. They dug the trench by hand and wheel-barreled the dirt down to the truck in the street, and also wheel-barreled the stone one at a time back to the trench. Kevin M. worked incredibly hard hand-digging the most perfect trench. Everyone worked hard. They pulled out the broken pipe, showed me the hole, and replaced a Y and the whole pipe. Unfortunately, I had recently had a new, smaller, cement patio installed and the crew found the break just under that area. Darn! But they very carefully jack-hammered one block to get to the pipe. When the repair was completed, they were very neat with putting back dirt and stone. They were protective of my house foundation and siding. My cement company came out and they collaborated with the crew on the prep with stone for new cement. I 100% recommend Invisible Excavating.

You can't ask for a better plumbing company!! Our situation was odd as we woke up to our toilets not flushing down and sewage coming up in our shower. After some time things resolved but we wanted to make sure there was nothing major happening so I reached out to Mike. He fit us in the same day and gave me a half an hour notice so I had time to get home to meet him. We were lucky that he didn't find any issues and that the clog that we had cleared out on it's own. He took his time and checked out everything for us. He was very thorough and we will definitely use in for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend North Ohio Sewer & Drain LLC!!
