*UPDATE* The owner called me and we talked through the issue. He was very polite, and I would honestly give H Jack's another try after that conversation.

H Jack's told me my sewer line was collapsed and they would have to tear up the entire front yard. After getting multiple other estimates, I was told it actually was not collapsed. Now I'm saving thousands of dollars!

Totally overpriced, scammers.

They came through when other plumbers were giving me the runaround. They got me scheduled quickly and resolved several issues thoroughly. Absolutely 💯% recommended, and will reuse in the future.

Ryan was an amazing worker. He was efficient, and professional. He made me aware of a possible issue that may need attention in the future and a possible concern with a pipe today. He handled it. He was very easy to talk to and he explained what he was doing. Because of his character and integrity, I would recommend anyone needing a plummer to request him. I CERTAINLY WILL!

We are still amazed with all that you accomplished in 3 days! Thank-you for not being hesitant about tackling the 100+ year old failing plumbing systems in our 135 year old Folk Victorian!
Stack pipe replaced from floor of 2nd story down; this main pipe now goes down through the basement floor and out through the foundation wall (instead of through our basement steps!); all the old tile piping the length of our backyard either dug up and replaced, or lined (lined section to limit disturbance for our 100+ year old Black Walnut tree!); interior work also included rerouting our sump pump, moving the washing machine & sloppy sink, new water line to 1st story toilet, and streamlining all 1st story & basement plumbing lines!!!
They made sure we had access to basic water and plumbing necessities each evening/morning in the midst of the job - and did a great job cleaning up inside and outside in-spite of all the rain & mud!!

They never called back

Called Mike after a night of heavy rain saw the main sewer line in our basement start to have a back up. Concerned it could be catastrophic - called Mike and he was there the next day. Mike was on time and came ready for the job I described. After he cleaned and scoped the main sewer line he discovered it was not my issue, but the city's. Mike took the time to show me the issue, then proceeded to show me the entire sewer line and explain what everything was he saw. Mike was right in the ballpark with pricing I had researched and never once tried to upsell me on any sort of services. He took the time to even mark the area to be repaired for the city! I highly recommend North Ohio Sewer & Drain - if I ever need them again, they will be the first and only ones I call. 5 stars!

Great job way cleaner than before repair was made

Had them come in for a leak. We were charged over 200.00 and 3 months later we had the same leak reoccurrence so we called and talked to someone and they said they would have the technician call us back, no one called back so we had to call someone else and the water line was put in incorrect. We also had to turn off the main line because the shut off valve he put in didn’t work! Will never recommend or use them ever again!
